A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will both travel to Bali-Indonesia in November for the G20 Summit, says this announcement follows Iran proposing the creation of a common economic area for countries bordering the Caspian Sea—and while watching rapidly rising new global economic alliances fast slipping out of the grasp of the socialist Western colonial powers, yesterday it caused Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva of the International Monetary Fund to warn: “In just three years, the world has lived through shock, after shock, after shock...The world is facing the risk of a recession, with the global economy experiencing a fundamental shift”.
With President Putin being one of the main drivers of this “fundamental shift” of “the global economy” away from the godless Western colonial powers, this report notes, yesterday, on his 70th birthday, he was gifted with Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden invoking Armageddon and then him buying up to $290-million in anti-radiation drugs for wealthy Western elites—near immediately after which, it saw Ukrainian President Zelensky demanding that the demonic socialist Western colonial powers start launching nuclear missiles into Russia.
In what the socialist Western colonial powers are gleefully celebrating as a late arriving birthday gift for President Putin, this report continues, the Russian Investigative Committee (SLEDCOM) reported this morning: “Today, at 6:07am, a truck was blown up on the motorway section of the Crimean Bridge from the Taman Peninsula, which caused seven fuel tanks of a train traveling to the Crimean peninsula to go up in flames…Two motorway sections of the bridge have partially collapsed. The arch over the land part of the bridge has not been damaged”—SLEDCOM investigators then announced: “According to preliminary information, the incident killed three people, presumably the passengers of a car that was driving by the truck that exploded on the bridge…The bodies of a woman and a man were recovered from the water, their identities are being established”, and revealed: “The Investigative Committee’s investigators identified the owner of the truck as a resident of the Krasnodar Region…Investigative activities are being carried out at his place of residence”.
Quickly following the attack on the largest bridge in Europe, this report notes, top aide Mikhail Podoliak to Ukrainian President Zelensky posted the message: “Crimea, the bridge, the beginning...Everything illegal must be destroyed, everything stolen must be returned to Ukraine, everything occupied by Russia must be expelled”—and in response, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova posted the message: “The reaction of the Kiev regime to the destruction of civilian infrastructure testifies to its terrorist nature”.
Confirming the “terrorist nature” of the Kiev regime, this report continues, this week it saw American intelligence officials revealing that Ukraine was responsible for the car bomb assassination that killed Russian girl Daria Dugina—then the German newspaper Der Spiegel revealed: “German police believe that state actors were likely behind the recent explosions that damaged the Russian Nord Stream natural gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea…They also warned that more attacks on energy infrastructure might follow”.
In response to these blatant acts of war against the Russian Federations, this report details, today it saw the leftist Washington Post publishing their warmongering screed “Kremlin, Shifting Blame For War Failures, Axes Military Commanders”, where buried within its hysterical musings and speculations, they did factually note: “It has often been difficult to know who in Russia is actually running the war”—in response top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov factually stated about the Washington Post: “The newspaper has a track record of publishing misinformation from American spies”, then he revealed that disagreement between President Putin and his aides is “part of the usual working process”.
Not being told to the American peoples about the “disagreement” President Putin has with his aides, both military and political, but is hourly discussed by the Russian media, this report explains, is the exact nature and purpose of the present conflict—on one side it sees President Putin advocating restraint to minimize Ukrainian civilian causalities and disruption to their normal lives as much as possible, but on the other side are those advocating for total war and the complete destruction of Ukraine—and as to which side is winning out, today it’s best documented in the Wall Street Journal article “Russia’s Attacks on Ukrainian Dam, Power Stations Signal a Tactical Shift After Losses”, wherein it observes: “Strikes on civilian infrastructure mark a new phase in the war, with flooding and freezing winter temperatures turned into weapons...Hard-liners in Russia for months have called for their president, Vladimir Putin, to take out critical Ukrainian rail hubs, power stations and water systems, part of their push for a total war in Ukraine...Though the Kremlin has said that it doesn’t target civilians, Mr. Putin has warned that strikes on critical infrastructure could become the norm”.
During their meeting on Monday, this report notes, Security Council Members discussed the implications of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida failing to remember that Russia is still officially at war with Japan—under the Military Doctrine of the Federation and the Declaration of War against Japan existing since 9 August 1945, it allows Russian military forces to wage total war against Japan and its combatant allies—and that now includes Ukraine, whose President Zelensky signed a decree yesterday recognizing the Russian southern Kuril Islands as Japanese territory.
With Ukraine officially becoming a World War II combatant posing a direct and immediate threat to the Russian Federation, this report concludes, they failed to heed the warning issued by President Putin: “No matter who tries to stand in our way…They must know that Russia will respond immediately, and the consequences will be such as you have never seen in your entire history…I hope that my words will be heard”—a warning joined this morning when Defense Minister Shoigu appointed a new commander of all combat operations involving Ukraine—is General of the Russian Army Sergei Surovikin, who is a total war commander having complete control over all Russian military forces everywhere in the world, and was given the nickname “General Armageddon” by his colleagues.
