A beyond troubling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Colonel Vitaly Zhikovich of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR) warned about a terrorist attack against Russia being planned by unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky to be larger than the “Crocus City Hall Terrorist Attack”, which killed 151 innocent men, women and children in Moscow in 2024: “My superior said that there would be casualties, civilian casualties...And my president – that green bastard – wants civilian casualties...Believe me, this is going to be a massive event, and the whole world will be talking about it...What we’ve got going on here is really something huge...Crocus will look like nothing by comparison, I’m telling you!”, says this warning was followed by the news: “Russia slammed Ukraine's capital with ballistic missiles in an overnight attack on July 16...The blasts came as Ukrainians were still reeling from the news that only hours earlier, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov had been dismissed from his position after less than a year in office”.
The superior who told Colonel Zhikovich about the massive war crime that “green bastard” Dictator Zelensky is planning, this report notes, was Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, about whom was revealed: “President Volodymyr Zelensky's dismissal of Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has sparked a wave of criticism from lawmakers, soldiers, veterans, and civil society figures...Thousands of people gathered in downtown Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities on July 16 to demand that parliament reappoint Mykhailo Fedorov as defense minister”—a revelation joined with the news: “Deputy Commander Pavlo Yelizarov of Ukraine's Air Force announced his resignation on July 16, one day after President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Mykhailo Fedorov as defense minister”.
