American “Weekend At Bernie’s” Plot Joins Great Replacement Of Ukraine

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting the credible reports asserting that top American leader Senator Mitch McConnell died after suffering a heart attack on 14 June, says in order to keep his death hidden until after the 3 August date that would mandate an election to replace him, whose most likely winner would be feared Congressman Thomas Massie, an actual “Weekend at Bernie's” plot is now in play, which told the story of two young insurance corporation employees who discover that their boss, Bernie, is dead after arriving at his house in The Hamptons, and concoct various schemes to convince everyone that he is still alive.

The same exact Western elites who are masterminding the plot to convince everyone that Senator McConnell is still alive, this report notes, also invented the “Great Replacement Conspiracy Theory” to mock everyone believing that, with the complicity or cooperation of replacist elites, the white European populations are deliberately being replaced by non-white peoples—especially from Muslim-majority countries—through mass migration, demographic growth and a drop in the birth rate of white Europeans.

Confronting the Western replacist elites today, this report continues, are the massive billboards appearing throughout the Muslim regions of Southeast Asia proclaiming: “Create a family...Search Jobs...Create the future...Select Ukraine!”, and it was also documented this week:

Ukraine's Minister of Social Policy acknowledged in May 2026 that only 22–25 million people now live in Kyiv-controlled territory.

In 1991, that number exceeded 50 million. The IMF projects the population will fall to 33.3 million by end of 2026 — and that's the optimistic figure.  Indirect indicators — banking users, SIM card registrations, social payment recipients — suggest the real population may already be below 20 million.

The math is brutal: four years of war have killed, crippled, or conscripted hundreds of thousands of men.  Another 5–6 million fled west into Europe as refugees and haven't returned.  Birth rates have collapsed — death rates now nearly triple births.  The country's age pyramid has a statistical hole where its 20–25 year olds should be.

Ukraine's government and its international partners have a solution.  It isn't peace.  It isn't bringing Ukrainians home.

It's importation.

Roughly 300,000 foreign migrants — primarily from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and sub-Saharan Africa — have already arrived to fill labor shortages in construction, logistics, utilities, and manufacturing.

According to economists and policy analysts cited in Ukrainian media, the plan calls for 4.5 million more foreigners over the next four years.

As to why Russia even associated itself with these Western elites who are willingly destroying their own nations and culture, this report details, top Kremlin advisor Fyodor Lukyanov explained: “Russia’s business community was formed in the era of globalization and not because Russian entrepreneurs were all desperate to become part of transnational business, but because the collapse and self-dissolution of the Soviet Union coincided with the worldwide spread of liberal globalization...The Russian Federation, carrying out economic reforms in emergency conditions during a profound social and economic crisis, immediately found itself inside that global context...There was no alternative model on offer, thus the global cosmopolitan economy was treated as the natural order of things and whether one liked it or not, it appeared to embody the famous “end of history” where the global West, with its ideas about what was right, inevitable and modern, had been crowned for an indefinite reign”.

Fully embracing the Western era of globalization after the collapse of the Soviet Union, this report concludes, was top Russian industrialist Andrey Melnichenko, who made his fortune in Russia then moved to West—after the West ignited its proxy war against Russia, it saw Melnichenko joining the hundreds of other billionaires returning home to Russia after the West stole everything they could from them, and it was just observed about his open letter sent to the Western peoples this past week: “Melnichenko’s words are clear: the war is the West’s fault, and Russia is being restructured as a self-sufficient society of supreme sovereignty where even the previously-alienated liberal class of exiles and pariahs has returned with newfound patriotism in its veins...A nation where oligarchs and big businesses are increasingly working for the benefit of the state and its people, rather than the crooked Western system which deceived and betrayed them”.
