A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin proclaimed to the Russian peoples: “The capture of Konstantinovka by the troops of the Southern Grouping opens a direct road for further advances toward Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, and other fortified areas, and is, of course, the key to liberating the entire territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic”, says this proclamation was joined with the news: “The Russian Defense Ministry has released a video featuring highlights from the battle for the city of Konstantinovka, after Moscow announced the full liberation of the key Ukrainian stronghold on Friday”.
With it being a serious crime in the European Union for any of its citizens to even view the videos of Russian forces liberating Konstantinovka, this report notes, all they were allowed to see was the lying propaganda: “Ukraine on July 4 denied claims made by Russian President Vladimir Putin that the Donetsk Oblast city of Kostiantynivka was under Russian control...General Staff Spokesperson Major Andriy Kovalev said some groups of Russian infantry troops have entered the embattled city, and the situation is difficult, but Kostiantynivka remains under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces”—and in quick response, President Putin observed: “The boastful statements of the leaders of the Kiev regime about successes are essentially in our favor...Their actions and statements undoubtedly disorganize both themselves and their sponsors”.
While the uncensored free world watched Russian forces liberate Konstantinovka, this report continues, the censored Western peoples were fed a constant diet of contradictory articles this past week like “Russia Is Losing The War In Ukraine, And Putin Is Desperate” and “Russia Planning Attack On Poland To Test NATO Resolve, US Warns”—and the true purpose behind such contradictory articles was explained by Italian philosopher Umberto Eco, who in his book “How To Spot A Fascist” factually revealed: “The paradox of portraying an enemy as both weak and strong is a core mechanism in propaganda...This rhetorical strategy serves to simultaneously incite fear and encourage action: the enemy is depicted as powerful enough to threaten the nation’s existence, yet weak and contemptible enough to be easily defeated”.
Among those knowing all of the core mechanisms used in propaganda, this report details, is world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson, who factually observed this week: “The NY Times published an outrageous article on Wednesday that perpetuates the myth that Ukraine is inflicting massive casualties on Russia...I suppose this is just another part of the propaganda game to deceive the US public about Ukraine’s chances to prevail in the war with Russia...This is utter nonsense...Since June 2025, the ratio of Ukrainian bodies returned versus Russian bodies returned runs at approximately 35–37 to 1...This directly reflects the ground war’s asymmetry: advancing Russian forces capture Ukrainian positions and the bodies of Ukrainian defenders who died holding them, while Ukraine recovers comparatively few Russian bodies in return...In other words, there is no stalemate and Ukraine is retreating, not advancing since June 2025...The West continues to lie about Russian losses while blithely ignoring Ukraine’s staggering losses...Ukrainian KIA are estimated to be in excess of 1.5 million...And they died for what?...Sacrificed to Western hegemonic ambitions”.
Most influenced by the core mechanisms used in propaganda, this report concludes, are the under socialist siege American peoples, about whom was shockingly revealed: “Nearly half of Americans do not know what the country’s 250th anniversary is actually celebrating...The milestone commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, when the 13 American colonies declared independence from Great Britain”—along with these Americans not knowing what their country’s 250th Anniversary is actually celebrating, they still aren’t told the truth that American would not exist unless Russian Empress Catherine the Great broke the blockade Great Britain was using to strangle the American colonies—and they still aren’t told the truth that when Great Britain and France planned to join the Confederate States and destroy America during their Civil War, it saw Tsar Alexander II deploying Russian fleets to New York City and San Francisco to liberate the United States from that mortal threat, exactly like is happening in Ukraine today.
