A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting a senior American official in a briefing to reporters revealed yesterday: “We signed a memorandum of understanding with Iran...President Trump and Vice President Vance signed it...The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Kalibaf, also signed it”, says this revelation was followed by world-renowned retired CIA analyst Larry Johnson wonderingly assessing: “Why hasn’t Donald Trump released the text of the memorandum of understanding?...Two possible explanations: 1) There are still areas of disagreement between Iran and the US and they are still trying to work out a compromise...2) Trump does not want to provide the details beforehand fearing that the Zionist backlash could derail the Friday signing ceremony in Geneva...The diplomatic roller coaster is running full blast...It will be a wild ride until Friday”.
In the aftermath of President Donald Trump signing the unseen memorandum of understanding with Iran, this report notes, the New York Times article “Israel Counts The Ways That Netanyahu’s Iran Strategy Failed” observed: “While Mr. Trump has praised Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, as pragmatic, he has called Mr. Netanyahu crazy, ungrateful and lacking in judgment”—the Wall Street Journal article “Israel Is Alarmed By Trump’s Deal With Iran” revealed: “While Israel would have lobbied Congress in the past to influence the White House, Israel no longer holds that kind of sway among lawmakers or the American public”—and the Times of Israel article “With Trump’s Iran Deal, The October 7 Wars Are Over, Israel Really Has No Idea What To Do Next” warned: “Netanyahu promised a new Middle East and total victory over enemies...Having failed to stop Trump’s hugely problematic Iran deal, Jerusalem is being left behind, vulnerable, in a changed region”.
As history documents, this report continues, President Trump signed the unseen memorandum of understanding with Iran on his 14 June-80th birthday—the now departed and still revered Russian politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky would have also celebrated his 80th birthday this year, but he died on 6 April 2022—and following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 until his death, Zhirinovsky was an identical political clone of President Trump promoting the nationalist populist agenda of Russia First, that became the agenda of President Putin.

Prior to his death in 2022, this report notes, President Trump political clone Vladimir Zhirinovsky predicted that the spring of 2026 would be a period of global changes warning that “the world will be on fire”—he predicted that the special military operation against Ukraine would end in 2026 with a Russian victory and would constitute a pivotal event in global politics—he predicted that NATO will collapse in 2026—he predicted that America would withdraw its bases from Europe and focus on its own continent in the Western Hemisphere—and his final prediction was: “Europe is old; it can't do anything anymore...The last powerful country of the West is America...Therefore, a union between America and Russia in some secret alliance could become a reality in the coming years”.
Immediately after President Trump signed the unseen memorandum of understanding with Iran on Sunday, this report concludes, it was revealed: “Donald Trump's top negotiators will travel to Moscow after Vladimir Putin rang the US president on his 80th birthday to discuss Ukraine and Iran”—and was a revelation that followed President Trump political clone Vladimir Zhirinovsky predicting in 2018: “Everything will be decided by Trump and Putin, Putin and Trump...And everything will be calmer”.
