A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin signed a law authorizing military force to protect Russians arrested by foreign courts without Russia’s involvement, unless based on a Russian treaty or United Nations Security Council resolution, says an expert at the French based International Peace Bureau (IPB), one of the world’s oldest international peace federations founded in 1891, then warned the world about NATO member state Germany: ”We are witnessing the total militarization of the country...This isn't just a crazy arms buildup in terms of spending money...We are seeing the militarization of absolutely every aspect of society: from healthcare and civil defense to schools and environmental programs...We have reached a completely new level of war preparation...What is happening now is on a scale never before seen in the history of Germany”.
Shortly after President Putin signed into force the law authorizing Russian Federation military forces to invade any country for the protection of Russian peoples, this report notes, the NATO member state Czech Republic illegally seized and arrested Metropolitan Hilarion of the Russian Orthodox Church—NATO-made mines were then found on a gas tanker arriving in Russia from the NATO member state Belgium—and the NATO supported Ukrainian Nazi Regime launched strikes killing six Russian civilians, including two children, which followed them killing 21 sleeping Russian students on 22 May.
In preparation for total war against NATO and its supported Ukrainian Nazi Regime, this report continues, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) issued the grave warning:
The May 22 overnight bloody attack on the academic
building and dormitory of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University’s college in
Starobelsk became the latest piece of flagrant
evidence of the Nazi and terrorist nature of the Kiev regime, which
deliberately delivers strikes on civilians and does not stop at cold-blooded
killings of children.
The Zelensky junta and its
Western sponsors have demonstrated to the entire world their blatant disregard
for the norms of international humanitarian law.
This constitutes a flagrant
violation of the 1949 Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, which
regulate the protection of civilians during conflicts, the 1989 Convention on
the Rights of the Child, and a number of other significant international
instruments.
The strike on Starobelsk
was the last straw.
The Russian army is
launching a series of systematic strikes against Ukrainian military-industrial
complex facilities in Kiev, including specific sites for the design,
production, programming, and preparation for the use of drones employed by the
Kiev regime with the assistance of NATO specialists responsible for supplying
components, providing intelligence, and guidance.
Strikes will be delivered
both on decision-making centers and command posts.
Bearing in mind that the aforementioned facilities
are located all over Kiev, the Russian Foreign Ministry warns foreign citizens,
including the staff of diplomatic missions and representative offices of
international organizations about the need to leave the city as soon as possible
and residents of the Ukrainian capital not to approach military and
administrative infrastructure sites of the Zelensky regime.
To comply with the Geneva Conventions and all other norms of international humanitarian law, this report details, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov personally called Secretary of State Marco Rubio in order to advise him to immediately evacuate all American diplomats and civilians from Ukraine—and was a warning call followed by world-renowned retired CIA analyst Larry Johnson quickly observing:

attack on the children at the school in Lughansk, and
faced with the reality that this attack was facilitated by Western intelligence
and technology, Russia has reached the limit of its patience and is going to
put an end to Ukraine’s ability to carry out further terrorist attacks, even if
it means killing US and European personnel.
They have been warned.
That was the essence of
Lavrov’s message to Rubio.
Unlike Russia strictly complying with the Geneva Conventions and the norms of international humanitarian law mandating evacuation warnings prior to military strikes, this report concludes, President Donald Trump launched his “profoundly illegal and unjust” surprise attack war on Iran with no prior evacuation warnings whatsoever—a crime against humanity that resulted in the deaths of over 100 innocent Iranian school girls exterminated by American bombs, and American bombs also massacred 24 Iranian civilians in the Lamerd Sports Hall on 28 February—and in obvious fear of looming International Criminal Court war crime charges, it was unsurprisingly revealed: “While meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, President Trump suggested that China, the U.S., and Russia work together to fight the International Criminal Court”.
