Neocon April Fools’ Day Hoax For 2024 Tells Americans “Ukraine Is Winning

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin signed a decree on the spring draft for military service in Russia, says the document also dismisses soldiers, sailors, sergeants and petty officers, whose conscription time span has expired, with him declaring: “I hereby decree to carry out the conscription of Russian citizens aged between 18 and 30, not in reserve and eligible for conscription, between 1 April and 15 July 2024, in the quantity of 150,000 people”—and President Putin previously decreed: “Russian conscripts and reservists do not and will not participate in the special military operation in Ukraine”.

Late last evening, this report notes, the Kremlin announced: “The Russian Foreign Ministry conveyed to the Ukrainian authorities demands under the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism for the immediate arrest and handover of all persons involved in terrorist attacks...The list of wanted people includes Ukrainian Security Service head Vasyl Malyuk, who admitted on 25 March to have been involved in organizing the Crimean Bridge explosion and revealed details of several other terrorist attacks in Russia”—an announcement followed by the Federal Security Service (FSB) revealing today: “A group of four militants captured on Sunday morning in Russia’s Dagestan had a role in financing and providing equipment for the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack earlier this month”—all of which was joined by independent American intelligence experts observing: “The New York Times cited unnamed sources on Thursday to report that “The adversarial relationship between Washington and Moscow prevented U.S. officials from sharing any information about the Crocus terrorist attack plot beyond what was necessary, out of fear Russian authorities might learn their intelligence sources or methods”...This vindicates President Putin, who the West hitherto claimed had downplayed terrorist threats in the run-up to one of the worst attacks in Russian history”.

Along with the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing Russian military forces have eliminated 460 Ukrainian soldiers during the past 24 hours, this report continues, they also announced: “Russia’s Aerospace Forces delivered a massive strike with long-range precision weapons and drones disrupting the operations of Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises involved in producing and repairing weapons, military hardware and munitions...It also destroyed foreign-made military equipment and arms supplied to Ukraine by NATO countries”—an announcement joined with leftist Western articles appearing like “Zelenskyy Fires More Aides In A Reshuffle As Russia Launches Drones And Missiles Across Ukraine”—in response to the latest mass purge by puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of his top aides, the Kiev Post, in its just released article “Hearing Aids Or Earplugs?”, observed: “Ukrainians have become dizzy in recent days both from the noise of Russian drones and missiles launched at our cities every night and from the clammer of daily news which has baffled even the most experienced political scientists”—the Kiev Post documents that Ukrainians are outraged over President Zelensky ousting his main political rival Commander-In-Chief Of The Ukrainian Army General Valerii Zaluzhny by having him declared unfit to continue military service on health grounds, while also documenting: “General Zaluzhny’s closest military comrade, Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Sergiy Sheptala, was also recently declared unfit to continue military service by the military medical commission”—and while President Zelensky is declaring his very healthy top military commanders medically unfit, the Kiev Post horrifyingly revealed: “One of the combat units recently raised money to buy a hearing aid for their brother-in-arms who was drafted into active service despite having greatly impaired hearing...The new soldier arrived at the front with his own hearing aid, but in the dugout, it was chewed up by rats...Fellow combatants said that he almost cried when, in the very first days of active service, he found himself without his hearing aid, unable to hear orders or communicate”.

As Ukraine ousts its healthy top military commanders while throwing elderly hearing impaired cannon fodder into suicide battles, this report details, world-renowned former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, in his just released intelligence document “Are Ukraine And NATO Waiting In Vain For A Russian Offensive?”, assessed: “Russia’s current grinding strategy, which has added the extensive use of glide bombs on Ukrainian defensive position and taking out thermal and hydroelectric power plants along the Dnieper River, may not require an offensive....If Russia decides to take out the most of the bridges over the Dnieper River in the coming weeks then the Ukrainian forces east of the river will face a logistics nightmare...They will be in the same position as the Nazi Army of Von Paulus when it was surrounded at Stalingrad...They will have no way to provide the artillery and fuel needed to sustain tanks and armored vehicles...The lack of electricity will add to their problems...Russia would be in a position to compel their surrender or force all Ukrainian troops to try to escape to the West bank of the Dnieper...Russia may not need to mount a major offensive...It can simply keep doing what it is doing and achieve victory without risking Russian casualties”.

In the under socialist siege United States, this report notes, it is April Fools’ Day, about which leftist CBS News observed: “April 1, the annual day of shenanigans, pranks, tricks and hoaxes, falls on Monday this year...While historians are unsure of the exact source of the tradition, they do know the custom goes back centuries, at least back to Renaissance Europe and possibly back to Roman times”—the greatest April Fools’ Day hoax for 2024 comes from neocon warmonger Executive Director Evelyn N. Farkas, Ph.D. of the McCain Institute, who proclaimed to the American peoples today: “Ukraine is winning...The only factor that would change this reality would be if the U.S. and Europe stopped providing assistance...Most Europeans have realized the danger is so great, they cannot stop supporting Ukraine...Most members of Congress understand the implications for our security as well”—and is an April Fools’ Day hoax proclamation joined with the news: “House Speaker Mike Johnson said on Sunday that he expects to move a package that includes aid for Ukraine when the House returns from recess and expects the package to include some important innovations”.

Among those who never perpetrated an April Fools’ Day hoax on the American peoples, this report concludes, is world-renowned international geopolitical expert former United States Deputy Under Secretary of Defense Stephen Bryen, who, in his just released open letter “Europe Dangerously Deluded On Ukraine’s Lost War”, warningly observed:

Europe is facing defeat in Ukraine as its policies on the war go sideways.

Europe’s approach is increasingly unreflective of the growing reality on the ground while growing efforts to punish Russia and promote sending troops to Ukraine appear counterproductive.

The Europeans have little in the way of deployable air defenses, and if they transferred more of them to protect their troops inserted into Ukraine, they would be naked at home.  In fact, they have already drained their air defenses to an unprecedented degree by supporting Ukraine.

Most armies in Europe are understaffed and underfunded.  European land armies are tiny and inexperienced in combat.  Fighting in Afghanistan, Iraq or in the Sahel is not the same as fighting a modern Russian army that is well-equipped and experienced in large-scale warfare.

Notably, all Western plans to defeat the Russians have so far failed.  Looking past the mutual recriminations, it is clear by now that the “plan” was a fantasy.

If the Ukrainian offensive used a preponderance of Western hardware, had exceptional tactical intelligence, thousands of drones and endless ammunition, and still went belly-up, the future is grim.  A leaked US Pentagon report that showed casualties at seven Ukrainians to every one Russian (or worse) was the handwriting on the wall.

Russian industry is producing more and better weapons and is outpacing all of the West, including the United States.  While Europe and the US are actively trying to improve defense manufacturing, it will take years to even replace the weapons destroyed in the Ukraine war.

Objectively, there is not much Europe can really do to save Ukraine from defeat.  A lot is being made of Ukraine’s ammunition shortage, which is real, but little is being said that there isn’t any ammunition to ship there.

Ukraine’s real problem is manpower.  They have run out of people willing to serve and morale in the Ukrainian army is starting to crack.  These growing manifestations of collapse are bound to bring about political change in Kiev.

Some of the disintegration is reflected in strange Ukrainian military tactics that border on either the suicidal or inane.  The waste of manpower on meaningless assaults on Krynky is a suicide mission, as was the attempt to hold onto Avdiivka, which resulted in heavy casualties and a Russian victory.

The latest attacks on Russian territory around Belgorod also qualify as high-casualty suicide missions.  Ukraine’s apparent interest in seizing Russian nuclear weapons near Belgorod at an installation called Belgorod-22 and a missile and drone attack on the Kurchatov nuclear plant are both reckless.  They are the types of desperate action that leaders take when they know they are in a trap.

Germany’s Scholz says he won’t accept a Putin-dictated peace in Ukraine.  This is the rough equivalent of Scholz saying he won’t let Donald Trump win the US presidential election. Not only is Scholz’s position nonsense, but it misses the mark.

The likely end of the Ukraine conflict will come when the Ukrainian army decides it can’t keep fighting.  Then the army will refuse orders from Kiev or it will seek to change the government’s leadership.

There already are examples of units refusing orders and even one platoon surrendering on the condition that the Ukrainian soldiers not be part of any exchange with Ukraine, since they know either they will go to prison or be used again on the front lines, meaning certain death.

Ukraine is rapidly reaching the point where the Ukrainian army, or the Ukrainian people, or both have to decide if staying in the war is in the country’s national interest, or even if they can hope to survive if they keep fighting.

On one level, Europe’s leaders know where all this is headed in Ukraine but they don’t want to be honest either with their own people or themselves.

So they are doubling down dangerously in support of a lost war.
