For The Worst

“On Conducting A Special Military Operation” was a televised broadcast by President Putin on 24 February 2022, wherein he announced the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine had been launched, and about which was documented: “Understanding of the “special military operation” is nested in Russian military theory and the Russian concept of military conflict: “war” is the most intense form of military conflict with other types of military conflict, such as a “special military operation”, being on the spectrum of military conflict, but less intense”.
With dire global implications the likes of which have not been seen since World War II, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov ominously declared on behalf of the Russian Federation today: “We are in a state of war...Yes, it started as a special military operation, but as soon as this bunch was formed there, when the collective West became a participant on Ukraine’s side, for us it already became a war”.
Joining Russia officially declaring “We are in a state of war” today, it saw Russian military forces unleashing a massive apocalyptic missile strike leaving half of Ukraine without power—and was a massive strike so devastating even the Kiev Post, in its article “Major Russian Assault On Ukraine’s Energy Sector, Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant On Brink of Blackout”, couldn't sugarcoat what happened.
Because Russia has officially declared “a state of war” now exists, it activates into full force the “Russian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine”, and the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists just reported: “Russia is nearing the completion of a decades-long effort to replace all of its strategic and non-strategic nuclear-capable systems with newer versions...In December 2023, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu reported that modern weapons and equipment now make up 95 percent of Russia’s nuclear triad...As of early 2024, we estimate that Russia has a stockpile of approximately 4,380 nuclear warheads assigned for use by long-range strategic launchers and shorter-range tactical nuclear forces”.
Though Western strategic military experts have noted: “The precise conditions under which Moscow would employ its nuclear weapons are ambiguous – by design”, it is well known that the Russian nuclear war doctrine relies on a “escalate to deescalate” strategy, which calls for a first use nuclear strike on an enemy to make them sober up before a full-scale nuclear strike occurs—the scenarios that permits the use of nuclear first strikes include Russia’s existence as a state is threatened, in cases of defense against attacks that use conventional weapons, and if an enemy lands on Russian territory—the latter two of which are most critical because strikes on Russia using Western weapons permits a first use nuclear strike, as well as NATO troops entering Ukraine that Russia has annexed into its territory.
While Russia activates its “escalate to deescalate” nuclear war strategy, yesterday it saw NATO Chairman Admiral Rob Bauer ordering Ukraine: “You don’t only need new grenades and tanks and armored vehicles, you also need, unfortunately, new soldiers, because soldiers die and soldiers get wounded...And then you talk about mobilization, then you talk about conscription”—a NATO order quickly followed Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Natalya Kalmykova wiping out exemptions for those not medically able to serve, with her declaring: “Medical commissions will no longer classify Ukrainian recruits as fit for limited military service”—all of which was joined by the troubling news: “On March 20th, the United States Army Publishing Directorate published ALARACT 017/2024...The title of the form is “Utilization of the Army Retiree Recall Program” and it cites Executive Order 13223 under “References”...Executive Order 13223 is a Bush-era EO from September 14, 2001 titled “Ordering the Ready Reserve of the Armed Forces to Active Duty and Delegating Certain Authorities to the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Transportation””.
As Ukraine prepares to throw medically unfit men into combat and the United States prepares to recall its retired soldiers to war, French President Emmanuel Macron just warned: “Ukraine could fall very quickly”, and American political theorist Daniel Lazare also warned: “We're entering into the most dangerous part of the war...Russia is winning...Ukraine is losing...And panic is spreading in Europe, in Berlin and in Paris and in the US as well,..No one knows what to do”.
Earlier today, German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle, commonly shortened to DW, released its news video “Putin’s Troops Gain Ground: How Will Germany And The West Respond?”, wherein it first noted: “Our guests: Lieutenant General Ben Hodges, former Commanding General, United States Army Europe and now Chairman of GLOBSEC Future Security and Defence Council (FSDC)...Malte Lehming, Der Tagesspiegel...Yuliya Bidenko, associate professor at Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine and visiting researcher at the Center for East European and International Studies (ZOIS) in Berlin”—this DW news interview was so devoid of truth, facts and reality it borders on the insane—and this is evident by the number of comments like: “Ben Hodges assures us everything is excellent and going well...Be cheerful and ignore any bad news, bad news is just 'doomer'!...This time, it's different!”—”The real Ukrainian there speaks the pain of her people while the representatives of the NATO Speak about thier western hegemonic positively and how they will win Russia at the expense of Ukraine and Ukrainians...What a bizarre relationship”— ”HOLD IT!!...point 9:30...Has Ben Hodges just admitted that the new Ukrainian recruits are being sent to the MEATGRINDER?...SHOCK!...HORROR!...The Truth”—”I remember Ben Hodges told us a year ago that Ukraine had already won...He would look much better in a cheerleader skirt than in a military uniform”—but the most spot on comment was: “Nothing makes sense anymore...Prepare for the worse”.
When the Russian Federation possessing the world’s largest nuclear weapons arsenal officially declares “We are in a state of war”, in past times of Western sanity this would stop the presses in every newsroom and cause television networks to break into normal broadcasts with emergency bulletins, but today, we really do live in a time best described as: “Nothing makes sense anymore...Prepare for the worse”.
