A classified at the highest-level “Of Special Importance” new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin assessing: “The United States was unable to manage the responsibility of being the world’s only superpower after the Cold War ended...I believe that the United States has failed to handle the burden of responsibility that fell on its shoulders”, says this assessment was joined by the unbelievable news: “The US government is considering tapping the US Army budget to provide Ukraine with much-needed military aid”—all of which was followed by radical socialist Biden Regime climate czar John Kerry proclaiming like a madman: “If Russia wanted to show good faith, they could go out and announce what their reductions are going to be and make a greater effort to reduce emissions now...Maybe that would open up the door for people to feel better about what Russia is choosing to do at this point in time”.
In the very sparse portions of this classified at the highest-level transcript permitted to be openly commented on by various ministries, it shockingly reveals: “About 700 thousand mobilized military personnel disappeared from the Ukrainian Armed Forces”—it then notes that United States Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was ousted from power, and reveals about her successor: ”Former US ambassador to Afghanistan John Bass was in the middle of teaching future US diplomats when he was called to return to the country and help lead America's chaotic withdrawal as Taliban forces swarmed Kabul...Bass was so unprepared for the assignment that he needed to make a quick run to the outdoor store REI to get the necessary gear that he no longer had since he didn't live in the nation's capital.”.
With the first section of this classified at the level transcript noting 700,000 soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have disappeared, the next section reveals that the socialist Biden Regime admitted to secretly flying 320,000 illegal migrants into America from countries it won't name and refuses to say where they are—it next notes that Louisiana became the 28th State to enact a constitutional-carry law for concealed firearms on 5 March—it also notes South Carolina became the 29th State to enact a constitutional-carry law for conceraled weapons on the day after on 6 March—it then notes that New York State suddenly deployed 1,000 National Guard troops and State Police forces to the New York City subway system on 6 March—as to why all of these events are linked isn’t known, but this section concludes by noting Elon Musk posted the cryptic 5 March warning: “This administration is both importing voters and creating a national security threat from unvetted illegal immigrants...It is highly probable that the groundwork is being laid for something far worse than 9/11...Just a matter of time”.
The next section of this classified at the highest level transcript notes that Elon Musk met with President Trump on 3 March, and posted his cryptic “the groundwork is being laid for something far worse than 9/11” warning shortly after mysterious white spirals were spotted in the skies above Norway, Iceland and Greenland on 5 March at 2 A.M.—and this section concludes with numerous references to the links between President Trump and one of histories greatest geniuses Nikola Tesla.
The next section of this classified at the highest level transcript notes that the mysterious spirals appearing in the skies over Norway, Iceland and Greenland on 5 March were said caused by a rocket launched by Elon Musk’s company Space X—the mysterious spiral appearing in the skies over Alaska last year were also blamed on a Space X rocket—but a Russian rocket was blamed in 2009 when a spiral appeared over Norway.
