A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov declared to the socialist Western colonial powers: “Our position remains the same: we are ready to make agreements provided that the current situation on the ground is taken into account, as well as our position that everyone is well aware of and our security interests, including the need to prevent the creation of a hostile Nazi regime near Russian borders, which is openly declaring the goal to eliminate all things Russian in the areas in Crimea and Novorossiya that Russian people have been exploring and developing for centuries”, says he then factually assessed: “Despite talk of potential negotiations coming from Western capitals of late, Moscow has yet to see readiness for serious dialogue...Kiev’s backers are likely seeking a few months respite to supply Ukraine with more weapons...This was the pattern first tried back in 2014-2015 when France and Germany brokered the Minsk 1 and Minsk 2 agreements, putting an end to the fighting between Ukrainian government forces and the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass...Ukraine, however, never kept its side of the deal, with Berlin and Paris fully aware that Kiev had no such intentions in the first place...If they had complied with the Minsk agreements, then Ukraine’s territorial integrity would have been ensured”.

funding from the defense bill, but it still may fail today—all of which follows the revelation: “Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky might not run for
re-election next year, his wife, First Lady Elena Zelenskaya,
told CBS’ Face the Nation on Sunday, even as with no opposition, the outcome of
any election is almost certainly a foregone conclusion...Zelensky banned all
opposition political parties less than a month into Russia’s military operation
and consolidated all potentially adversarial media outlets into one state-backed
platform…No potential presidential challengers have come forward either”—a revelation that followed experts
assessing: “Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's lackluster receptions
in Washington and at the UN in his trip to the US last week, and inability to
achieve major objectives, shows that his moment has passed and the end is near
for Kiev”.
At the same time officials within
the socialist Biden Regime are
arguing about sending more arms to its puppet state Ukraine and American
lawmakers are furiously attempting to cut off all funding, while corrupt puppet
leader President Zelensky

reported about today: “Ukraine has lost about 230 servicemen in the Donetsk and
Zaporozhye directions over the past 24 hours”—after speaking with Ukrainian soldiers of the 24th
Mechanized Brigade, the BBC
reported: “The summer counteroffensive in Ukraine is drawing to a close without
making the breakthroughs so many had hoped for...Despite the enormous amount of
military equipment supplied by NATO countries to Ukraine, the West has failed
to outgun Russia, with Russian forces successfully repelling Ukrainian attacks,
destroying and capturing foreign military equipment...Those who fail to
surrender to the Russian forces are killed by their own comrades, as there are
special units in the Ukrainian Army tasked with murdering their own men for
refusing to die a pointless death”—and in the just published American defense article “NATO's Losing Proxy War In Ukraine”, it sees one expert observing: “If in 2015 you would have told me the US would have given
over 100 Billion in aid to a military “ally” in a hot war with Russia that had
an American transsexual wearing an obvious wig as its spokesperson issuing
death threats to journalists covering the war for not lying about it, all with
our approval, I’d have told you that you are drinking way too much, but now
it’s hard to imagine things being any other way”.
In attempting to “imagine” where America
is heading, this report notes, the world’s attention was focused last evening
on the Fox News debate of Republican Party presidential
candidates—a sordid spectacle best described in the leftist Hill article “Everyone Lost The Second Debate — Especially The Audience”, wherein it assessed: “Everyone was forgettable, except for the moderators, who were

sees it most accurately assessing: “The second GOP presidential debate was full of arguments,
one-liners and strained attempts for attention, but none of the candidates made
a case strong enough to challenge Donald Trump as the front-runner”.

losses for retailers last year...“Retailers are seeing
unprecedented levels of theft coupled with rampant crime in their stores, and
the situation is only becoming more dire”, David Johnston, NRF’s
vice president for asset protection and retail operations, said in a statement”—and this week it was reported: “Corporate bankruptcies in the United States could reach the
highest level since 2010 due to a sharp rise in borrowing costs and economic
uncertainty”.
