A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova having proclaimed about the assassination attempt on President Putin: “First and foremost, the creators and handlers of the Kiev regime, who hail from Washington, London and NATO, bear overall responsibility for everything that it Kiev is perpetrating”, says this proclamation was joined by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin invoking the Nuclear War Doctrine with his declaration: “The terrorist act against the president is an attack on Russia...Zelensky, who gave orders to carry out terrorist attacks, now stands on a par with other international terrorists...Ukraine’s criminal methods have become evident to the entire world...The Kiev terrorist regime, having seized an entire state, threatens the security of Russia, Europe, and the whole world...There can be no negotiations with the Zelensky regime... Russian lawmakers will demand the use of weapons capable of stopping and destroying the Kiev terrorist regime”.

With the just published leftist Washington Post article “Senior Ukrainian Officials Fear Counterattack May Not Live Up To Hype” revealing: “The expectation from our counteroffensive campaign is overestimated in the world”, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said in an interview this past week...“Most people are waiting for something huge”. he added, which he fears may lead to “emotional disappointment”, this report details, it joins the just published Wall Street Journal article “U.S. And Allies Look At Potential China Role In Ending Ukraine War”, wherein it observes: “Some U.S. and European officials said they believe that Ukraine’s planned spring offensive could pave the way for negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow by the end of the year, and that China could help bring Russia to the table....The willingness to encourage negotiations and seek out a role for China in talks represents a shift in Western thinking, particularly in the U.S., which has been highly skeptical of any involvement for Beijing given China’s longstanding support for Moscow...Key U.S. officials on the National Security Council are in favor of negotiations, according to European officials, while the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have been more skeptical, eager to see how the offensive goes before pitching for a diplomatic off-ramp...The State Department and the CIA didn’t respond to a request for comment”.
Known to National Security Council officials, but ignored by the State Department and CIA, this report notes, are the facts documented in military analysis articles like “Why Ukraine’s Much-Anticipated ‘Counteroffensive’ Could End In Failure”, wherein experts note the Russian military is waiting for Ukrainian forces to gather together in large groups so they can be obliterated—and with the truth being that Russian military forces are doing everything possible to prevent needless civilian casualties, the leftist New York Times, in their just published article “Ukrainians Return Home, Renewed And Resigned”, factually reveals: “More than 5.5 million people who left after the war began in February 2022 have gone back home — and not just to large cities like Kyiv or Dnipro, but to small places near the front line, as well”.
In a just released leftist Washington Post-ABC News poll, this report continues, it shows President Donald Trump crushing Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden and all of his Republican Party opponents—is a poll that says about Socialist Leader Biden: “Biden faces broad negative ratings at start of campaign...The president’s approval ratings slip to a new low, more Americans than not doubt his mental acuity, and his support against leading GOP challengers is far shakier than at this point four years ago”—when asked by leftist MSNBC hosts about the rising poll numbers of Robert Kennedy Jr., it saw top Biden-Harris campaign official Symone Sanders lashing out in rage and declaring: “The Democratic National Committee will not facilitate a primary process...There will be no debate stage”—all of which followed by the beyond shocking news: “Email leaks reveal that top US intelligence figures and ex-CIA chiefs fabricated a claim that Russia was behind the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, all to give Joe Biden a 'talking point' against Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential race”.
In quick response to the beyond shocking news that the CIA helped rig the 2020 election against President Trump, this report notes, when asked if the CIA had murdered his uncle President John Kennedy, it saw Robert Kennedy Jr. replying: “They were definitely involved in the murder and the 60-year cover-up...They're still not releasing the papers that legally they have to release…For anybody who has doubts about that, I would recommend a book by Jim Douglass called "JFK and The Unspeakable"...Because I think he's done a better job than anybody else at kind of assembling and distilling all of the millions and millions of documents that have been released over the past 50 years…And these revelations are released incrementally, and so nobody really takes notice of them…But when you put them all together, the story is very clear”.
