circulating in the Kremlin today
first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announcing that the new State Duma bill on electronic military
summonses seeks to streamline the enlistment system, says the announcement was
joined by a powerfully
symbolic new ad showing how the Russian peoples rally
behind the military whenever the nation is threatened—in response to the
present threat, the Ministry of Defense
(MoD) reported this
morning: “On 11 April 2023, the combat crew of the Strategic Missile
Troops successfully launched the intercontinental ballistic missile of the
land-based mobile missile system from the Kapustin Yar
State Central Multiservice Training Ground in the
Astrakhan Region...The launch was aimed at testing the advanced military
supplying of intercontinental ballistic missiles..Tthe
launch permitted proving that the solutions used in the development of new
strategic missile complexes are correct...The exercise head hit the
hypothetical target”—and was an ICBM message for the socialist Biden
Regime, whom even the Chinese
government is “ghosting” by cutting off all
communications because normal diplomacy with these deranged warmongers “has proven useless”.
Late last week, this report notes, French President Emmanuel Macron traveled to China, where Chinese President Xi Jinping explained to him that the socialist Biden Regime deceptively ensnared the socialist European Union into taking sides in the “Holy War” currently waged by Russia against the Ukraine Nazi Regime—in fear of the socialist Biden Regime deceptively ensnaring Europe into a war with China, it saw President Macron warning the European Union couldn’t become a vassal to the Americans—and in quick response to President Macron’s warning, it saw top Republican Party leader Senator Ted Cruz posing the message: “Stunning...Even the left-wing leaders of Europe — whom Biden has assiduously courted and obsequiously ass kissed—are openly screwing the US...Serious Question: could Biden possibly have screwed up foreign policy more?”.

I think quite a few really think like Emmanuel Macron...But if this alliance with the United States would suppose that we blindly, systematically follow the position of the United States on all issues, no”.
Over the past week, this report details, social media giant Twitter slapped a “government funded media” label on the NPR news account funded by United States government and slapped a “publicly funded” label on the BBC news account funded by the British government—at the same time the privately funded Russian messaging application Telegram surpassed YouTube and the privately funded Russian search engine and news giant Yandex skyrocketed to the 8th most popular website in the world—all of which was followed the news report: “Russia is gaining clout over German public opinion, Bild reported on Monday…It added that RT’s German-language news service, RT DE, is playing a central role in this process...The tabloid itself is openly pro-American and criticism of US foreign policy is largely absent from its pages...Furthermore, it forces its employees to sign a declaration pledging to support the 'transatlantic alliance'...Germans appear to be particularly susceptible to Moscow’s “propaganda”, according to Bild, which added that experts in the West are “alarmed” over this development”.
What the “government-public funded” lying leftist Western fake news media calls “Moscow’s propaganda”, however, this report notes, are in factual reality Russian news and social media sites doing nothing more than reporting on issues kept hidden from Western peoples, as best exampled over the past few weeks by them revealing the top secret documents leaked from the Pentagon—about which today it was reported: “Ukraine will run out of most of its anti-air missiles by May, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing classified Pentagon documents leaked on social media”—and also today, it sees America awash in articles like “Who Is America Spying On? Are Western Special Forces Fighting In Ukraine? New Revelations From Leaked Pentagon Documents”, “BREAKING: LEAKED US DEFENSE DOCUMENTS SHOWS WESTERN FORCES ON THE GROUND IN UKRAINE! …And Countries ARE NAMED in Leaked Document!”, “JUST IN: Classified Doc Leak Appears To Be Physical Theft, Not A Cyber Leak” and “US DOJ Opens Pentagon Leaks Investigation”.
Critical to know information about these leaked top secret Pentagon documents known about for weeks by Russian news sites, but is just now coming to the attention of Americans, this report continues, was detailed by CIA trained former top Pentagon official retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer of the London Center for Policy Research, who noted that by the markings contained on these top secret Pentagon documents, there are about only 24 socialist Biden Regime officials who could have leaked them, whom he calls “passengers in a clown car of freedom”, sees him noting these top secret documents were leaked because the socialist Biden Regime knows their lying narrative about Ukraine is facing the truth of them being obliterated by Russian military forces, sees him stating that the intention of the leak is to generate more support for Ukraine before all the socialist Biden Regime lies are exposed, and he reveals that the FBI is investigating the leak to “conduct a cover-up”, as the Pentagon is more than able to conduct its own investigation with its numerous military intelligence agencies like it’s done for decades.
When asked by British tabloid the Daily Express about the top secret leaked Pentagon documents posted on Russian news sites estimating Ukrainian deaths, this report notes, Ukraine Ambassador Vadim Pristaiko to the United Kingdom told them on Friday: “It has been our policy from the start not to discuss our losses...When the war is over, we will acknowledge this…I think it will be a horrible number”—this morning Ukraine Prime Minister Denis Shmigal revealed that their so-called spring counteroffensive won’t take place until maybe summer, with him stating: “To be prepared for a counteroffensive, we need more artillery, ammunition...We need more middle, or average and long-range missiles, we need tanks and we will need fighter jets”—a revelation joined by the news “Germany can’t fulfill its NATO obligations” and the announcement “All administrative buildings in Artyomovsk (known as Bakhmut in Ukraine) are controlled by Russian forces”—all of which was followed by the Chinese official state media warning: “The Ukrainian military is running out of ammunition, and the production capacity of the West does not allow to provide the necessary degree of military assistance...Despite their promises, Western politicians may simply not be able to write the check that Zelensky is probably hoping for...Ukrainian leaders should swallow their pride and make peace before the last levers of pressure disappear and they will have no say in determining the final outcome of the conflict and its consequences”.
In viewing the meeting Ukraine President Vladimir Zelensky had late last week with Poland President Andrzej Duda, this report concludes, top Kremlin geopolitical analyst Victoria Nikiforova, in her just released open letter “Zelensky Decided To Dismember Ukraine.
