A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin arrived in Ulan-Ude to visit the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant where he will witness a demonstration of the Mi-171 helicopter and its modification known as the Terminator, says the likelihood of this heavily armed and armored weapon being used in the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine is assured after top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared to the socialist Western colonial powers: “All of Moscow’s demands are well known…The de facto situation and new realities are also well known…The transition to a peaceful track is impossible, if this set of issues is ignored”.

At the same time the Pentagon demands another $842 billion after losing over $8 trillion fighting failed wars against goat herders in Iraq and Afghanistan, this report continues, the American banking contagion has cost Asian markets all the gains they’ve made this year—a contagion joined by Moody’s Investors Service announcing this morning it is placing the First Republic Bank and five other American lenders on review for a downgrade—an announcement quickly followed by the news: “Credit Suisse is facing the same fate as the once-mighty Lehman Brothers”—all of which is now joined by the grave warning: “Governments in the United States, Britain and Canada have been taking extraordinary steps to prevent a potential banking crisis...Since lenders don’t have the money they will be forced to close their doors and block depositors access to their accounts...As governments cannot protect all depositors, we could be facing a 1929-style Great Depression or worse – the collapse of the entire Western financial system”.
While watching what could be “the collapse of the entire Western financial system”, this report details, it caused top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov to most factually observe: “Being disconnected from international banking has turned out to be a blessing in disguise for Moscow...The Russian financial sector is practically immune to the effects of the unfolding United States banking crisis largely thanks to Western sanctions”—though the socialist Western colonial powers thought it would destroy Russia’s economy with “sanctions from hell” their plan failed because it met the powerful Russian guiding philosophy “Business is everything, the rest is nothing”—is a “Business is everything” philosophy shared by China, that contrary to Western warmongering propaganda just declared: “President Xi Jinping’s statements on respecting the 'One China' principle and the '1992 Consensus' are in line with China's approach of making every effort to resolve the Taiwan issue peacefully”—and are a Russia and China that know the truth that the socialist Western colonial powers are fighting in Ukraine to prevent the completion of the new Silk Road Project, that would see Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa all united by free trade routes not controlled by the West.
To keep the world divided between East and West, this report notes, the socialist Biden Regime and its NATO ally Norway committed the act of war blowing up of the undersea Nord Stream pipelines so they could capture Russia’s share of the European Union energy market and charge exorbitant prices to prop up their failing banking systems—an act of war they committed because Russia started demanding payment for its energy resources in gold backed Russian Rubles or Chinese Yuan instead of worthless paper US Dollars and Euros—in response to this act of war that was actually against both Russia and Germany, it saw Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov warning today: “Issues of energy security, particular after the unpunished sabotage acts against Nord Stream main gas pipelines, are at the forefront again”—a warning that follows the Western leftist media concocting a story without any sources claiming that a mysterious “Dr. Evil” character from Ukraine and his “femme fatale” loaded up a rented German yacht named “Andromeda” with enough explosives to sink it, then drove it through the most heavily monitored seaway in the world unnoticed, after which they dove into waters only expert military divers supported by massive warships could venture into to blow up the Nord Stream pipelines—and is a lying leftist Western media concocted claim so preposterous, it caused world-renowned Swedish researcher Director Jan Oberg of the Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research organization to observe: “Western intelligence and the New York Times are in deeper waters than usual, offering us a devious spin and fake story that's simply so dumb, improbable and unlikely...The orchestrated mainstream Western media having kept silent on Seymour Hersh’s earlier analysis now reporting widely on the obvious fake theory reveals their journalistic and moral decay”.
Confirming the “journalistic and moral decay” of the lying leftist Western media, this report continues, is world-renowned former top Pentagon advisor and decorated tactical combat legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D., who when asked yesterday about the act of war bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines and comical leftist media claims of Russian battlefield deaths told the American peoples: “Don’t believe anything you read in the Western media, it’s all lies”, after which he warned them: “The world you see today won’t exist in a year”.
In knowing the power Colonel Macgregor exerts within the hidden corridors of the American military establishment, this report details, the leftist Washington Post sent its three top national security war correspondents, Isabelle Khurshudyan, Paul Sonne and Karen DeYoung, to Ukraine, Russia and Europe to investigate his observations, the result of which is their just released in-depth article “Ukraine Short Of Skilled Troops And Munitions As Losses, Pessimism Grow”, wherein they noted: “Ukraine has lost many of its junior officers who received U.S. training over the past nine years” and revealed: “A German official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to be candid, said that Berlin estimates Ukrainian casualties, including dead and wounded, are as high as 120,000…“They don’t share the information with us because they don’t trust us,” the official said”—and though this German official was granted anonymity by the Washington Post, near immediately after this article was published it was reported: “German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has appointed Major General Karsten Breuer as the new inspector-general of the Germany Army, after sending his predecessor Eberhard Zorn into early retirement”.
Also in their article, this report notes, these Washington Post war correspondents extensively quoted the Ukraine Army 46th Air Assault Brigade commander using the call sign Kupol, and revealed: “Kupol, who consented to having his photograph taken and said he understood he could face personal blowback for giving a frank assessment, described going to battle with newly drafted soldiers who had never thrown a grenade, who readily abandoned their positions under fire and who lacked confidence in handling firearms…After a year of war, Kupol, a lieutenant colonel, said his battalion is unrecognizable…Of about 500 soldiers, roughly 100 were killed in action and another 400 wounded, leading to complete turnover…Kupol said he was the sole military professional in the battalion, and he described the struggle of leading a unit composed entirely of inexperienced troops….“I get 100 new soldiers”, Kupol said…“They don’t give me any time to prepare them…They say, “Take them into the battle”…They just drop everything and run…That’s it…Do you understand why?...Because the soldier doesn’t shoot…I ask him why, and he says, “I’m afraid of the sound of the shot”…And for some reason, he has never thrown a grenade”.
Also interviewed by these Washington Post war correspondents, this report continues, was a Ukrainian soldier named Dmytro, about whom they wrote: “Dmytro, a Ukrainian soldier whom The Post is identifying only by first name for security reasons, described many of the same conditions…Some of the less-experienced troops serving at his position with the 36th Marine Brigade in the Donetsk region “are afraid to leave the trenches”, he said…Shelling is so intense at times, he said, that one soldier will have a panic attack, then “others catch it”…The first time he saw fellow soldiers very shaken, Dmytro said, he tried to talk them through the reality of the risks…The next time, he said, they “just ran from the position”…“I don’t blame them”, he said. “They were so confused””.
These Washington Post war correspondents also reveal: “At the start of the invasion, Ukrainians rushed to volunteer for military duty, but now men across the country who did not sign up have begun to fear being handed draft slips on the street…Ukraine’s internal security service recently shut down Telegram accounts that were helping Ukrainians avoid locations where authorities were distributing summonses”, this report notes, and is a grim truth documented in other articles like “As Casualties Mount, Why There's A Growing Backlash Against The Methods Used To Conscript Ukrainian Men For War”, wherein it reveals: “Men of military age are being hunted down, and videos showing military commissars going to extreme lengths to hand out summonses, including by force, constantly circulate on social media...The current situation is understandable — the Armed Forces of Ukraine is running critically short of reserves and military enlistment offices throughout the country and seems to be trying to replenish units by any means at its disposal…However, public discontent with the situation is growing which not only threatens the mobilization process, but also undermines confidence in the authorities”.
