A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin spoke at an event this morning dedicated to the 80th Anniversary of the breakthrough of the Nazi German blockade of Leningrad during World War II, says he used the event to explain what led to ongoing military conflict in Ukraine, factually stating: “Russia could not stand idly by when Kiev started eliminating people just for associating themselves with Russian culture, language and traditions...We endured for a long time, tried to reach an agreement for a long time...But, as it turns out now, we were simply led by the nose...It’s not the first time this has happened...Russia had done its best to resolve the situation by peaceful means, but it is now clear that this was, by definition, impossible...The enemy was preparing to transfer the conflict into an acute, hot phase...We had no choice but to do what we are doing now”.
After the dedication, this report notes, President Putin spoke to the factory workers supplying arms supporting the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine, telling them: “From the standpoint of the end result and victory, which is unavoidable, there are several things that have not gone anywhere and that lie at the foundation of our victory...It is the unity and solidarity of the Russian people, the bravery and heroism of our fighters in the special military operation and on the frontline, and, of course, the operation of the military-industrial complex, of enterprises such as yours...Each of these links - the industry; the condition of state finances; the social sphere, including support to the families that require special attention from the state; healthcare - all this creates a foundation for our efficient development and victory...It is ensured...I have no doubts about that”.
At the same time President Putin was explaining what led
to the current conflict, this report continues, it saw United States Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley
traveling to an undisclosed location in Poland
to meet with top Ukrainian General
Valery Zaluzhny—a meeting that was joined by the leftist New York Times article “Pentagon Sends U.S. Arms Stored In Israel To Ukraine”, wherein it revealed: “As senior defense and military officials from dozens of
nations, including NATO states, prepare to meet at Ramstein Air Base in Germany
on Friday to discuss sending Ukraine more tanks and other arms, U.S. officials
have been scrambling behind the scenes to cobble together enough shells to keep
Kyiv sufficiently supplied this year...The United States has so far sent or
pledged to send Ukraine just over one million 155-millimeter shells...A sizable
portion of that — though less than half — has come from the stockpiles in
Israel and South Korea, a senior U.S. official said, speaking on the condition
of anonymity to discuss operational matters...The Ukrainian army uses about
90,000 artillery rounds a month, about twice the rate they are being
manufactured by the United States and European countries combined”.
At the same time Chairman-General Milley was meeting
with his Ukrainian counterpart, this

Oleksiy Arestovych was ousted from power because he truthfully admitted that
Ukrainian military forces shot down the Russian missile that struck a an
apartment block in Dnipro—an ouster demanded by Ukraine
Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, who controls all Ukrainian police, national guard and
border patrol units—but shortly after senior advisor Arestovych was ousted from power this morning, Ukrainian Interior Minister Monastyrsky and his first deputy
Yevgeny Enin were killed in a helicopter crash that killed 14 and injured 25.
At the same time the top Ukrainian leadership was rocked by
deadly events resembling an internal coup, this report notes, the American political leadership was
rocked by the article “Not A Coup, But A Cover-Up”, wherein it revealed: “Speculation is growing in Republican media circles that the
recent scandal over President Joe Biden’s improper possession of classified information
from his time as vice president represents an internal coup…The theory holds
that Democratic Party insiders, particularly Obama-era officials situated
within the Biden administration, are using the revelations of Biden’s
carelessness to push him aside or at least prevent him from running for
reelection in 2024…Capitol Hill sources say it’s true that the Biden
administration is a hornet’s nest with several factions vying for control,
including one led by domestic policy adviser Susan Rice and Deputy Attorney
General Lisa Monaco, both Obama loyalists…However, a careful look at the
evidence shows that senior Biden aides, Democratic officials, and the party’s
media apparatus are circling the wagons to protect Biden…What we’re watching
isn’t a coup but a cover-up”.
Preceding the coup and cover-up
events occurring in both the United
States and Ukraine, this report
continues, yesterday it saw Ukraine
Deputy Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko declaring to the BBC: “We will win this war”—but was a declaration coming at the same
time British Foreign Secretary James
Cleverly was in the United States
lamenting the “huge loss of life” of Ukrainian
forces and stating: “We think now is the right time to intensify our support for
Ukraine...We can’t allow this to drag on and become a kind of First World War
attritional-type stalemate”.
Earlier today, this report notes,
the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced: “Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are at risk of being
surrounded in the Seversk region”—and was an announcement quickly followed by
the Western defense article “Major Ukrainian Crash At Seversk Imminent: Defensive Lines
Breached & Preparing To Withdraw – Lost Contact With Bakhmut”, wherein it revealed: “Developments on the Seversk front are fast-paced as the
capture of the Silz railway station and Mine 7 at Soledar paved the way for the
fall of the Ukrainians' second defensive hub (the first being Soledar)…The
countdown to the fall of Seversk has begun…The communication of the Ukrainian forces
on the Seversk-Bakhmut axis has been disrupted in several places…Along with the
road axis, the railway connection between Bakhmut-Seversk was also
interrupted…The road axis is under Russian control with Russian forces
attacking Razdolovka and Krasnopolye…Both settlements are expected to come
under Russian control soon while a third, Blagodatne is in immediate danger”.
Along with the MoD revealing Russian military
forces obliterated hundreds of Ukrainian soldiers over the past 24 hours, this report concludes, they also announced
this morning: “In
all, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 373 Ukrainian warplanes, 200
helicopters, 2,898 unmanned aerial vehicles, 401 surface-to-air missile
systems, 7,563 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 985 multiple rocket
launchers, 3,855 field artillery guns and mortars and 8,101 special military
motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation”—an announcement that followed former top Pentagon advisor and decorated combat
tactical legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas
Macgregor, Ph.D. warning that “Ukraine is staring annihilation in the face” because its “military math losses of 8 soldiers for every 1 Russian
casualty isn’t sustainable”—and was a warning joined by former US Marine intelligence officer and UN nuclear weapons inspector Scott Ritter
expressing his
fear that the socialist Biden Regime might resort to using nuclear weapons in
its bid to keep Russian from defeating Ukraine, which he
