A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu are presently traveling to Minsk for high-level talks with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Belarus Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin, says in response to these high-level talks, German Cabinet of Ministers spokesman Steffen Hebeshtreit told reporters this morning: “The Chancellor knows that Russian President Putin is expected in Belarus today - I think for the first time in three years...As for the future, we need to wait...Of course, there are concerns in this regard”.
Raising the concerns of the socialist Western colonial powers about the high-level meeting between Russian and Belarus military commanders-in-chief and defense ministers, this report notes, is the just published Western defense article “Announcement-Reason 3rd WW From Russia: "USA And Poland Hit Targets Inside Our Territory" -Fears Of An Equivalent Accomplished”, wherein it observed: “For the first time since the start of the war in Ukraine, Russia has directly accused the United States and Poland of attacks against Russian targets deep inside the country...This is not just escalation but the cause of a Third World War...Moscow now has the right to self-defense and is legitimized to hit, at least, targets in Poland”—a grave observation joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warning today: “After the high-profile fiasco in Afghanistan, America is increasingly drawn into a new conflict, not only supporting the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev financially and with weapons, but also increasing its military presence on the ground...This is a dangerous and short-sighted policy that puts the United States and Russia on the verge of a direct clash...For its part, Moscow urges the Joe Biden administration to soberly assess the situation and not to unleash a spiral of dangerous escalation...We hope that they will hear us in Washington, though there is no reason for optimism so far”.

Earlier today, this report details, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed Russian military forces on the front lines are advancing, repelled all Ukrainian counterattacks and continue to obliterate socialist Western colonial weapons—a revelation joined by Ukraine reporting Russian drone attacks on infrastructure in Kiev and two other regions occurred early this morning—the Ukrainian national company Energoatom just reported: “On 18 December 2022, as of 13:00, all nine nuclear power units located in the territory controlled by Ukraine are operating...However, the total capacity of the two units is limited by more than 600 MW due to the unavailability of the energy system to receive the entire possible amount of electricity from them, since energy infrastructure facilities have not yet been restored after the shelling on 16 December”—then it saw the Ukrainian national company Ukrenergo announcing: “As of the morning of 19 December, there was a difficult situation in the Ukrainian power system...The most difficult situation is in the Central, Eastern and Dnieper regions...The emergency shutdown schedules were introduced in the Sumy, Kharkov, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Zhitomir, Chernigov, Cherkasy, Kiev regions and in Kiev”.
At the same time it was revealed: “Readers of the New York Times were perplexed by a crossword puzzle in the Sunday edition of the paper that appeared to be shaped like a swastika...Adding insult to injury in the minds of some was the fact that the puzzle was printed on the first day of Hanukkah”, this report notes, the leftist New York Times published their article “Counting Russia’s War Dead, With Tips, Clips and a Giant Spreadsheet”, wherein they used open source data to estimate that, as of 16 December, an estimated 10,229 Russian soldiers have been killed during the “Special De-Nazification Operation” that was launched on 24 February to liberate Ukraine—but nowhere in their article did the leftist New York Times factually state that the same open source data revealed: “As of 20 October, the irretrievable losses of the Ukrainian armed forces approached 402 thousand people, of which 387 thousand were killed”, nor did they inform their readers that the Committee of Soldiers' Mothers of Ukraine demanded to clarify the fate of 320 thousand military personnel, but the Ukrainian secret police force SBU refused for reasons of national security.
While failing to tell the truth about the hundreds-of-thousands of ill-trained and ill-equipped soldiers he’s sent to be slaughtered, this report continues, yesterday it saw Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky proclaiming from his blacked out nation: “The reconquest of Crimea has started!”, but who added: “The operation itself has not started yet...When it starts, you will definitely hear about it...The reconquest of Crimea has started in people’s heads, and that’s very important”—an imaginary “reconquest of Crimea” fully supported by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who after this proclamation of mental lunacy announced a new $304 million package of military aid for Ukraine—and was an announcement joined by top American defense expert and decorated combat commander retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel L. Davis, in his open letter “America Can’t Give Ukraine So Many Weapons A Nuclear War Starts”, assessing that neither the United States nor NATO can give Ukraine all the weapons it wants without putting the West at “mortal risk”, and factually states: “The approximately 1,500 units of armored vehicles Ukraine is seeking would be an arsenal bigger than the total armored forces of most European armies”.
