A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin held a meeting this morning of the Council for Development and National Projects and set goals for 2023, where at he revealed: “From 1 January 2023, we are transforming the system of support for motherhood and childhood, launching unified monthly benefits for needy families with children from birth to 17 years old”, says he next revealed that the federal budget for the current year was executed with a surplus of ₽ 560 billion, said in the current and next years, our federal budget will be executed with a small deficit - about two percent of GDP, and this will be one of the best results among the G20 countries, then he factually stated: “The Russian Ruble has become one of the strongest currencies in the world since the beginning of the year”.

In response to the news that Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden is
preparing to send Patriot Missile
systems into Ukraine, this report
notes, it caused the Russian Embassy in
Washington to warn: “An
information campaign has been launched in the US about alleged preparations for
sending cutting-edge air defense systems to Kiev...If this information is
confirmed, we will witness yet another provocative step by the US
administration that may lead to unpredictable consequences”—a warning quickly joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova directly vowing to the
socialist Biden Regime: “Washington,
which has practically become a party to the conflict, will not be able to evade
complicity in the terror unleashed by the Kiev regime against Russian civilians
and absolve itself of responsibility for the deaths and destruction caused by
American weapons on American tip-off”.
With articles appearing in the West today like “They Are Preparing A Sweeping Attack From Lviv
To Zhytomyr: Elite Belarusian Forces With New
Tactical Markings Have Been Deployed On The Border With Ukraine!”, this report continues, Western military analysts are
assessing: “Everything shows that the first target of the joint
Russian-Belarusian attack will be Lviv, Lutsk, Rivne, Zhytomyr, these four
regions…An attack is also being prepared for Kyiv from a second axis with the
aim of besieging it…Without power and with supply routes cut off, the remaining
civilians and soldiers in the Ukrainian capital will not last”—an assessment joined by Commander Alexander Khodakovsky
of the Russian Donetsk Militia
observing: “We know our capabilities...We realize the limits of our
resources...If NATO countries exceed certain limits, like the dispatch of
Leopard tanks from Germany, they are very close to crossing the red
line...Everyone realizes that the next escalation will be nuclear...We do not
have the capabilities to defeat the NATO bloc by conventional means...But we
have the nuclear weapons for that...That's why there is only one option”—an observation quickly followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing: “Russia's Strategic Missile Forces have loaded two Yars
intercontinental ballistic missiles into their intended silos this week”—after which the Western media published articles like “Russia Readies Massive Yars Nuclear Missile Capable Of
Striking Deep Into US” and “Russia ‘Activates’ Nuclear ICBM RS-24 Yars That Is 12x
Stronger Than US Atomic Bomb That Struck Hiroshima”.
While the MoD was activating its ICBMs,
this report concludes, the socialist Biden
