An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin met this morning with the Council For The Development Of Civil Society And Human Rights (HRC), says during the meeting he revealed: “Around a half of 300,000 soldiers recently mobilized in Russia remain in reserve and are training at centers across Russia...Among those 150,000 in the battle groups, only half – that’s 77,000 – are with frontline units, the rest are on the second or third lines, essentially performing the functions of territorial defense troops, or undergoing additional training...There’s simply no point in talking about some additional mobilization measures – neither the State nor the Defense Ministry need that today”—and was a meeting wherein HRC member Svetlana Makovetskaya asked the president about the threat of a world nuclear war, apologized for the off-topic question, but noted that she could not help but raise a topic about which huge number fears, which President Putin replied to with the grave assessment: “As for the threat of nuclear war, Svetlana Gennadyevna, you are right…Such a threat is growing, to be honest”.
With the threat of a world nuclear war growing, this report notes, it was revealed today that Russia-China trade smashed a new record jumping by 32% compared to last year, then it was announced a crucial section of the mega natural gas pipeline between Russia and China has been completed, that will allow Russian natural gas to be transported to China’s eastern economic powerhouse Shanghai—today it was also revealed Russia will provide oil, gasoline, and diesel to Pakistan at a discounted price under the terms of new agreement--despite American attempts to strangle the Russian economy, it was just revealed: “Data on the US-Russia trade deficit shows that in September, the US imported $332.1 million worth of goods from Russia, but in October, it imported $732 million in goods - a $400 million increase”—by the end of April 2023, it will see Russian banks having created replacements for Apple and Google Pay payment services—all of which was joined by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) warning yesterday: “The ban on flying over the world’s biggest country is weighing heavily on the industry...We should be looking to reopen Russian airspace to have it accessible to all airlines to transit through the traditional Siberian overflights, so that Europe can access Asia in the most efficient way possible...If you look at the closure of Ukrainian airspace, Russian airspace and other parts of the world, the amount of traffic that’s flowing through Europe has increased over certain routes and that’s not sustainable”.
In viewing the current state of the
world, this report continues, it caused Danish
global investment giant Saxo Bank to warn: “Any belief in a return to the disinflationary
pre-pandemic dynamic is impossible because we have entered into a global war
economy, with every major power across the world now scrambling to shore up their
national security on all fronts”—Saxo
chief investment officer Steen Jakobsen said in a statement. “That scenario applies whether in an actual military sense, or
due to profound supply-chain, energy and even financial insecurities that have
been laid bare by the pandemic experience and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine”—Saxo
Bank also predicted French President Emmanuel
Macron will be forced to resign as China,
India and OPEC openly revolt against the weaponization of the US
Dollar.
Important to notice about the
warnings and predictions just issued by Saxo
Bank, this report details, is that they exactly echo American educated Russian
geopolitical expert Dmitry Orlov, an eyewitness to the collapse of the former Soviet Union who, in 2013,
released his treatise “The Five Stages Of Collapse: Survivors' Toolkit”, wherein he documents the history of
previous empire collapses and the stages they go through before self
destructing—and in 2019, it saw Orlov re-releasing his 2017 open letter “Military Defeat As A Financial Collapse Trigger”, wherein while noting the looming American military defeat in Afghanistan assessed: “The function of the United States military is to intimidate
other countries into letting the US buy whatever it wants by printing US
Dollars as needed...Once their ability to intimidate the world into submission
is gone all that will remain of the “richest country in the world” is a pile of
worthless paper”.
Last Friday, this report notes, Dmitry
Orlov released his open letter “The
Goldilocks War”,
wherein he observes about the Ukraine
conflict: “The goal
is to rearrange Russian society, economy and financial system so as to prepare
it for a de-Westernized future”—documents how socialist Western
colonial sanctions are actually destroying their own airline production and other
industries, while Russia’s keep
expanding—sees him stating: “Putin likes to use the expression “tsap-tsarap”
to describe this process...It is hard to translate directly but pertains to the
act of a cat snatching its prey with its claws”, then he notes: “What
Russia is doing at this point is destroying NATO...Julius Caesar pointed out,
lots of people are willing to kill for money but nobody wants to die for
money—except an idiot”—and sees him most factually observing about the present conflict:
The Russians spent some
time rolling around
They also spent some time
tooling around the Black Sea coastline near
The Russians occupied a
large chunk of
The Russians

With all these Ukrainian
victories, it is truly a wonder that the
Russians have managed to gain around 100 kilometers of the former
That doesn’t seem like s
defeat at all; that looks like an excellent result from a single, limited
summer campaign.
Given what Russia has
already achieved over the past nine months—four new
Russian regions, six million new Russian citizens, a land bridge to Crimea,
irrigation water supply to Crimea—there isn’t much left for Russia to achieve militarily
before its military campaign reaches the stage of diminishing returns.
The addition of Nikolaev and
Control of the entire Dniepr hydroelectric cascade is a definite
nice-to-have. As for the rest, it could
be left to languish for ages as a deindustrialized,
depopulated wasteland, labeled “Mostly harmless”.
In factual reality, this report
continues, since the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine was launched on 24
February, only two major battles between Russian and Ukrainian
military forces have occurred—the first one in Mariupol,
where Ukrainian forces were
completely obliterated and today Russia
is building a massive new military base—and the second one is presently occurring in
Bakhmut, about which Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky
yesterday called the fighting around Bakhmut
the “most
difficult area that protects not only the east, but our entire state”—and about which it saw former NATO Supreme Commander
American General Wesley Clark observing: “Putin led Ukraine into a trap...Bakhmut has turned into a
huge meat grinder for the Ukrainian Armed Forces...The opposing sides are
trying to somehow concentrate their fighting power…Therefore, they focused on
Bakhmut…Taking it will give the Russians access to Kramatorsk and
Slavyansk...The city also serves as a sort of sack of fire for exterminating
Ukrainian forces...This is what the Russians are after”.
In response to French President Emmanuel Macron saying on Saturday – fresh from a visit to Washington – that NATO
should be prepared to offer Russia
security guarantees as part of any upcoming talks on ending the conflict in Ukraine, this report notes, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov
told reporters yesterday: “Talks could begin when they confirm that they are ready for
some kind of more sensible and balanced dialogue in terms of interests...If and
when we hear that the West really has an interest in this, we will return to
the topic...But, as in the situation with the dialogue on strategic stability,
which was unilaterally interrupted by the United States, we are not chasing
anyone and we are not asking anyone for anything”—a statement joined by world-renowned American economic expert Professor
Jeffrey Sachs at Colombia
University declaring: “This war needs to end because it’s a disaster for everybody,
a threat to the whole world...A negotiated end to fighting in Ukraine is the
only real way to end the bloodshed”—in quick response, top socialist Biden Regime official Secretary of State Antony Blinken
proclaimed: “Negotiations now would lead to a phony peace...The United
States will continue to arm Ukraine and bankroll its economy until it can take
back territory that’s been seized from it since February 24th”—a proclamation followed by former top Pentagon advisor and combat tactical
legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas
Macgregor, Ph.D. observing: “Ukraine leaves Russia no choice but total annihilation”.
At near the exact same time when the
Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed horrifying details about the demonic torture on
Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainian military forces yesterday, this report concludes, the Ukraine Supreme Court ruled that the symbols of the infamous 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS created by German Nazi
leader Adolph Hitler, also known as the 1st Galician Division, are not Nazi and
therefore not banned in the country—a beyond shocking ruling supporting white
master race Nazism joined today by
leftist Time Magazine naming Ukrainian President Zelensky as “Person of the Year”, and in 1938, this American publication named
Adolph Hitler as “Man of the Year”—in quick response to this support of Nazism, it saw European Union and NATO
member Hungary slapping down an €18-billion loan package for Ukraine—and in contemplating what might soon be
coming, today it saw American
conservative journalist Bret Stephens, in
his just published leftist New York
Times article “Are We Sleepwalking Through A ‘Decisive Decade’?”, most factually assessing an America that’s already in its last
stage of collapse:
The
The administration trumpets
its promises to defend the free world.
But it isn’t yet willing to provide sufficient means.
Some hard facts:

Trends: Military spending as a percentage of gross domestic product, at around 3 percent, is well below the plus-4
percent average of the past 50 years. It will continue to fall for the next
decade, according to projections from the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, and
more of the funding will be eaten up by inflation.
Scope:
Readiness: The Air Force is short by about 1,650 pilots. The Army is
short by roughly 30,000 recruits. More than half of
Competence: The Pentagon is broken. It has never passed an audit.
Acquisition debacles — the Navy’s Littoral Combat Ship (a.k.a. Little Crappy
Ship); the Air Force’s KC-46 tanker; the Army’s Future Combat Systems, to name
a few — account for billions of wasted dollars and decades of wasted time. The
Navy is struggling to maintain its ships, owing to long neglect of public
shipyards, and our defense-industrial base would struggle to supply the
military with equipment in the event of a war, much less two.
These issues are compounded
by public neglect. During the Cold War, defense problems were major political
issues, so people paid attention. Now they are treated as
technical-bureaucratic issues, so people mostly don’t.
