A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first announcing President Putin next week will continue to deal with fuel and energy issues, hold a meeting on the economy and meet with teachers on the occasion of Teacher's Day, says this announcement was followed by the Constitutional Court recognizing the treaties on the admission of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions liberated during the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to become part of the Russia Federation, as consistent with the Basic Law—a legal recognition which will be next see the Federal Assembly voting to approve these treaties on 4 October—and this morning, President Putin appointed Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation Sergei Ivanov to be present when these treaties are ratified into force.
