A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov informing authorities in Oman about the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine, reveals him telling them: “We hope that after our special military operation is completed and all of the set tasks within its frames are reached, it would help to stop West’s attempts to undermine the international law and to halt its blunt violations of the United Nations Charter provisions, including the principle of the sovereign rights of countries, and will force the West to stop promoting the so-called unipolar world dominated by the United States and its allies”—near immediately after which it saw European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen warning during a meeting in Japan: “Russia is the most direct threat to the international order”—a warning followed by Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev grimly stating: “The pumping of Ukraine by NATO countries with weapons, the training of its troops to use Western equipment, the dispatch of mercenaries and the conduct of exercises by the countries of the alliance near our borders increase the likelihood of a direct and open conflict between NATO and Russia instead of their war by proxy...Such a conflict always has the risk of turning into a full-fledged nuclear war...This will be a catastrophic scenario for everyone”.
As to what really constitutes “the most direct threat to the international order”, however, this report notes, is the beyond shocking secret research scheme just revealed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) occurring in Ukraine, with them stating: “It needs to be said that the ideologues of US military biological research in Ukraine are leaders of the Democratic Party...The US government set up a way to fund the military bio-research directly from the federal budget, but also used government guarantees to raise funds from non-governmental organizations controlled by the leadership of the Democratic Party along with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation, George Soros’s Open Society and investment funds, the Rockefeller Foundation, EcoHealth Alliance, and Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners”—and further saw the MoD revealing: “Not only the US, but also a number of their NATO allies are carrying out military biological projects on the territory of Ukraine...The German leadership launched its national biosafety program independent of Washington back in 2013...Some 12 countries, including Ukraine, are involved in the program...Documents show Poland has been funding the National Medical University in Ukraine’s western city of Lvov, where a branch of the university, the Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene, has participated in US military biological projects...The involvement of institutions subordinate to the Bundeswehr confirms the military nature of biological research conducted in Ukrainian laboratories and raises questions about the goals pursued by the armed forces of Germany”.
Most gravely concerning about these shocking revelations, this report continues, is that all of these Western colonial entities discovered to be conducting secret research in Ukraine were directly involved in Covid-19 research and united in throwing from power President Donald Trump—and among the most horrifying discoveries, the MoD reports: “The Pentagon conducted inhumane experiments on the patients of at least two psychiatric institutions in Kharkov...The main category of experimental subjects was a group of male, highly physically exhausted patients aged between 40 to 60 years...And leaflets made in the form of counterfeit banknotes were infected with the causative agent of tuberculosis and distributed among minors in the village of Stepovoe...The organizers of this crime took into account the behavior of children, which includes putting things in their mouth and handling food without washing their hands”.
With it being confirmed that America has aligned itself with the racist extermination ideology of Ukraine, this report details, it’s worth noting that Margret Sanger, the founder of the world’s largest baby killing organization Planned Parenthood, declared peoples of colour to be detrimental to the economic well being of the Western colonial powers, as best exampled in her essay “What Every Girl Should Know”, wherein she demonically stated: “It is said that the aboriginal Australian, the lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development, has so little sexual control that police authority alone prevents him from obtaining sexual satisfaction on the streets”—and in her “Negro Project”, it saw Sanger instructing socialist Democrat Party leaders: “We do not want word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out the idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members”.

discrimination, defended slavery, started the Civil War, opposed
Reconstruction, founded the Ku Klux Klan, imposed segregation, perpetrated

publishers on both sides of the Atlantic, whose publications reached some 50
million Americans and 16 million Britons every day, cheered him on...They
supported Hitler’s goals of racial purity and Anglo-Saxon domination”.

do”—a
declaration of lunacy quickly joined by the grim news that inflation in the US spiked to another record level not seen
in over 40 years—then
it was reported that nearly 108,000 Americans died of drug overdoses during
Biden’s first year in power—all of which now death cult supreme socialist leader Biden responded to by stripping over $40-billion away from the already suffering
American people so he can pump more weapons into Ukraine.
In yet another example of socialist
lunacy, this report notes, yesterday it saw Pentagon spokesman John
Kirby stating: “The United States, Canada, Britain, other allies really
helped train the Ukrainian military to one that is much more Westernized in
terms of the way they think and act”—a statement of lunacy coming at the exact
same time the leftist New York Times
published their article “Airstrikes Gone Wrong”, wherein it announced: “The staff of The Times won the 2022 Pulitzer Prize for
International Reporting for revealing the hidden casualties in thousands of
American military airstrikes…Successive administrations had sold a nation weary
of “forever wars” on replacing boots on the ground with “the most precise air
campaign in history”…The Times revealed its legacy: missed targets,
disproportionate destruction and civilian deaths”—and it saw one of these prize winning New York Times staff members revealing:
“Over the past three years, I obtained more than 1,300 of
these credibility assessments through the Freedom of Information Act…The
reports cover allegations surrounding airstrikes that took place between
September 2014 and January 2018…What I saw after studying them was not a series
of tragic errors but a pattern of impunity: of a failure to detect civilians,
to investigate on the ground, to identify causes and lessons learned, to
discipline anyone or find wrongdoing that would prevent these recurring
problems from happening again…It was a system that seemed to function almost by
design to not only mask the true toll of American airstrikes but also
legitimize their expanded use”.
As to the true accounting of how the
racist Western colonial powers fight
their wars, this report concludes, the “Cost of War
Project”
conducted by Brown University
documents: “Over
929,000 people have died in the post-9/11 wars due to direct war violence, and
several times as many due to the reverberating effects of war...Over 387,000
civilians have been killed as a result of the fighting...38 million is the
number of war refugees and displaced persons...and the US federal price tag for
the post-9/11 wars is over $8 trillion”—is a Westernized
way of fighting a war that cares nothing at all about civilian casualties
nor how much national wealth it costs, and all which have ended in defeat for
the Western colonial powers—and
stands in stark contrast to how the MoD is
conducting its special operation in Ukraine,
which calls for the minimizing of civilian causalities at all costs, as it’s
better to take time and patiently surround an enemy and pummel them into
obliteration rather then engage their fortified positions, and in whose latest
urgent war bulletins sees the most notable of them being:
