A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin gave an extensive speech on the Ukrainian crisis on Wednesday, as he met with regional heads to discuss measures of socioeconomic support to counter the wave of anti-Russian sanctions, says in his explaining that the collective West clinging on its “crumbling dominance” has been the ultimate driver of the crisis, and that the launching the “Special De-Nazification Operation” was the only option Russia had left to end the years-long bloodshed in eastern Ukraine, notes him further stating about the present conflict: “They are striking randomly at squares with the fervor of fanatics and the exasperation of the doomed…They are acting like the Nazis did when they tried to drag as many innocent victims as they could to their graves…The European and American press did not even notice this tragedy in Donetsk, as if nothing happened, just like they have been hypocritically looking the other way over the past eight years as mothers buried their children in Donbass, as elderly people were killed...This is simply moral degradation, complete de-humanization...Today, the entire planet has to pay the price for the ambitions of the West, for its attempts by any means to maintain its crumbling dominance”.
According to President Putin, this report notes, the Western elites have turned their countries into an “empire of lies”, but he said Russia will keep on presenting its own position to the whole world, no matter what, and he further stated: “The myth of the Western welfare state, of the so-called golden billion, is crumbling...Moreover, it is the whole planet that is having to pay the price for the West’s ambitions, and its attempts to retain its vanishing dominance at any cost”.

With the famed truism “A lie can travel around the world and back again while the truth is lacing up its boots” on full display for all the world to see, this report details, the leftist Western media war propaganda lies about this conflict are continually being exposed, one of the latest being exampled in the just published article “The Curious Case Of Russia's 'Back From The Dead' Warship That Ukraine Supposedly Struck”, wherein it notes: “One of Russia's newest warships the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said they sunk with rockets has shown up unscathed in Crimea”—in the latest lie it sees the Ukrainian Defense Ministry claiming that a Russian airstrike hit and largely destroyed a theator building in Mariupol while hundreds were taking refuge inside—a blatant lie both NATO and the Pentagon know isn’t true, because they know Russia isn’t even conducting air strikes in Mariupol—in response to this blatant lie it saw Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova factually stating: “The blame for everything that happened in Mariupol, particularly in the context of the Drama Theater building bombing, the Kiev regime immediately tried to shift on the Russian troops who, allegedly dropped a bomb on the theater building...This is a bold lie, the Russian Armed Forces are not bombing the cities and everyone is well aware of this, no matter how many video shots NATO compiled and no matter how many fake pictures are currently circulated, the truth will eventually emerge”, after which she vowed that Russia will bring the Ukrainian regime to justice for its crimes against humanity, and declared: “We will resort to all possible measures to make sure that these crimes against humanity are not left unpunishable”.
As to the true facts about the conflict, this report notes, the latest urgent war bulletins issued by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) include:
“More than 31,000 civilians were evacuated from Ukraine's Mariupol in the past 24 hours”.

Among the very few acknowledging the actual war crimes committed by the United States and NATO as they rampaged around the world causing wholesale mass destruction and death in countries from Afghanistan to Yemen, this report continues, is most surprisingly radical socialist Democrat Party lawmaker US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who yesterday truthfully stated: “We are living in a time of history, as a world, where there are more people displaced than at any given time in our history…We obviously are seeing what is happening in Yemen…Over 2 million people displaced, over 11,000 children have died in that conflict…We have obviously seen it in Syria…We see it in Afghanistan and in Iraq, and so many other places…I think that it is commendable, really, for a lot of these neighboring countries that do open up their doors, where there is an influx of people that are crossing their border and create policies…I hope that the compassion and generosity that Ukrainians are being met with it is something that leads to policy changes in the future”.
