An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro accusing the United States and NATO countries of destabilizing Eastern Europe and launching a campaign of lies and disinformation regarding the “Special De-Nazification Operation” underway in Ukraine during his phone call with President Putin yesterday, says shortly after this call, Mexican President Lopez Obrador said his country won’t take part in trying to punish Moscow over its special operation on Ukraine, and stated: “We are not going to take any sort of economic retaliation because we want to maintain good relations with all the governments of the world”—and are Latin American leaders joining themselves with Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who refused to condemn President Putin and stated: “We will not take sides, we will continue being neutral, and help with whatever is possible...A big part of Ukraine's population speaks Russian”.
Not being explained to the American people, this report notes, is that the reason nations like China, India, Brazil, Venezuela and Mexico, along with nearly all Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and African countries, are supporting Russia is because they have also been victims of racist-fascist genocidal Western colonialism—to unite these victims of racist Western colonialism, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announced yesterday his plans to host the first “International Anti-Fascist Congress” in August—is an initiative meant to “unite the efforts of the international community in the fight against the ideology of Nazism, neo-Nazism in any form of its manifestation in the modern world”—is Nazism rearing it racist head once again in Western colonial power Germany, that last century exterminated tens-of-millions of Slavic Russians and Jews they branded as vermin, and yesterday fired world renowned opera stars Valery Gergiev and Anna Netrebko because there are Slavic Russians—is Nazism put on full display by Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, who posted a photo showing a woman in Ukraine carrying a banner of the notorious Nazi collaborator Ukrainian Insurgent Army—is Nazism that shocked NAACP civil rights leaders in America, who posted the shocking message: “White folks in Ukraine are: blocking Black people from getting on trains, dragging Black people off buses, denying shelter to Black people in freezing temperatures, and holding Black students at gunpoint”—is Nazism against Blacks in Ukraine shocking the African Union, that issued the statement: “All people have the right to cross international borders during conflict, and as such, should enjoy the same rights to cross to safety from the conflict in Ukraine, notwithstanding their nationality or racial identity”—is Nazism put on full display in articles like “Fleeing Ukraine, Women And Children Find Refuge In Poland”, that follows those published just a month ago like “Poland Begins Work On $400m Belarus Border Wall Against Middle East Refugees”—and to explain why these racist Western colonial powers welcome white war refugees while banning peoples of colour war refugees from entering their nations, Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov plainly stated like a true Nazi: “These are not the refugees we are used to… These people are Europeans...These people are intelligent…They are educated people”.
To replenish the ranks of his fast dwindling Nazi forces, this report continues, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky yesterday established a new wing of the armed forces he called the “International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine” intended for foreign nationals—President Zelensky then recalled his ambassadors from Kyrgyzstan and Georgia because these nations won’t support his Nazi regime—after which President Zelensky demanded that the United States and European Union write off Ukraine’s debt of $57-billion and make their own taxpayers pay for it.
In yet another clown show display for the world, this report details, yesterday it saw Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden delivering a “fumbling bumbling address” from the totally fenced off and heavily armed National Guard protected “Fort Pelosi”—an address where Biden talked about “a pound of Ukrainian people” and dementedly declared: “Putin may circle Kiev with tanks, but he’ll never gain the hearts and minds of the Iranian people”—in factual reality are Iranian peoples whose hearts and minds are with President Putin—in this demented address it saw Biden promising to “inflict pain” on President Putin—but whose real target for Biden’s “inflicted pain” will be the American people, specifically because yesterday, he ordered the emergency release of 30-million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve—an emergency oil release Biden ordered because his nation is fast running out of oil, but he failed to mention the fact this oil has hydrogen sulfide levels that are 250 times higher than government safety standards allow and refiners can’t process it—a fact documented in past oil industry articles like “Exxon And Other Oil Giants Say The Crude They Bought From The U.S. Government’s Reserves Was Tainted With Poisonous Gas”—and is why immediately after Biden issued this emergency release order, the price of oil soared to $112-a-barrel for the first time since 2014.
In further Western colonialist retaliation against Russia for its “Special De-Nazification Operation” in Ukraine, this report notes, Apple and Ford led the latest round of American companies cutting Russian ties—in response to this Western colonialist economic warfare, it saw Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova calmly stating: “They people in the West know why they have such prices on energy sources...They know what is going on in various sectors of their economies and they understand that their leaders, who opted for this choice, have triggered corresponding processes in their own countries and must understand that...I would like to note once again: Russia has not yet imposed response measures”—a statement of calm coming from a Russian government that plans for things in months and years, not hours and days, as best exampled on 14 May 2021, which was when the Kremlin posted the international legal notice: “The Russian government has approved a list of unfriendly countries…There are two names on the list - the United States and the Czech Republic”—is an international legal notice a few American experts are now taking notice of, and warning: “The Russian law on “friendly and unfriendly states” means that if a country turns out to be on the unfriendly list, then Russia can start copying its technologies in pharmaceuticals, industry, manufacturing, electronics, medicine…It can be anything, from simple details to chemical compositions…One of the foundations of success of American industry was copying of foreign patents for inventions…Now, Russia could use China’s extensive know-how with its latest technological production processes for copying Western product…The release of American intellectual property will cause damage to the United States to the amount of $10 trillion, only in the first stage…It will be a disaster for the United States”—and to further note, is a China that buys 700,000-barrels-of-oil a day from Iran violating American sanctions without a care in the world.
Quickly after French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire declared about the European Union yesterday: “We are going to unleash an all-out economic and financial war against Russia”, this report continues, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev fired out the warning: “Some French minister out there said today that they have declared “economic war” on us…Watch your words, gentlemen!...And do not forget that economic wars in the history of mankind often turned into real ones”—a warning immediately responded to by European Union High Foreign Minister Josep Borrell, who unequivocally stated: “We are not at war with Russia...It is extremely irresponsible to talk about a nuclear war”—soon after which this deranged French Minister backed down from his earlier declaration, admitting the language he used was inappropriate—was a threat declaration whose major consequence of today sees it being reported “European natural gas prices spiked above $2,200 per 1,000 cubic meters on Wednesday for the first time in market history”—for what the future holds, today it sees global energy experts warning: “As it stands, the strategic stupidity of the EU beggars belief…China is ready to grab all Russian natural resources – with Europe left as a pitiful hostage of the oceans and of wild speculators…It looks like a total EU-Russia split is ahead – with little trade left and zero diplomacy”—now joining this warning, today Russian natural gas giant Gazprom announced it was building a new gas pipeline named the “Power of Siberia 2” to China, that will allow the supply of up to 50 billion cubic meters of Russian gas per year to China, the world's fastest growing gas market, and Russia said it is not ruling out cutting off all diplomatic ties with the United Kingdom—all of which is now followed by European Commissioner for Economy Paolo Gentiloni grimly warning that sanctions could backfire, with him stating: “Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will likely impact growth negatively, including through repercussions on financial markets, further energy price pressures, more persistent supply chain bottlenecks, and confidence effects that we should not under-evaluate”..
Security Council Members in this transcript next note that the European Union disconnected seven Russian banks from the SWIFT global payment network, but did not target Sberbank nor Gazprombank, as they are the main channels for payments for Russian oil and gas—and sees them reviewing the latest urgent war bulletins issued by the Ministry of Defense (MoD), among which include:
“A senior Pentagon official said the US is not discussing establishing a no-fly zone over Ukraine”.
“Starting from today the Ukrainian army’s access to the Sea of Azov is totally blocked”.
Belatedly being remembered today these racist-fascist Western colonial powers, this report continues, are historical facts contained in articles like “When Ukraine Was Invaded 700 Years Ago-Another Superpower Was in Decline”, wherein it describes how the Mongolian Empire built by feared Asian leader Genghis Khan began disintegrating after its client state Kiev (present day Ukraine) was seized in the autumn of 1362 by General Algirdas of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania—a fact about Ukraine being a graveyard of empires known by historical studies Professor Mary Elise Sarotte at Johns Hopkins University, who in her just published open letter “I’m A Cold War Historian.
