Putin Orders Nukes To Highest Alert As “Atomic Bomb” Seals American Doom

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

An illuminating new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin placed the country’s strategic nuclear deterrence forces on their  highest special alert” this afternoon, says in taking this unprecedented action he revealed it was “to deter aggression against Russia and its allies, as well as to defeat the aggressor, including in a war with the use of nuclear weapons”, then he stated: “Western countries are not only taking unfriendly actions against our country in the economic area…I'm speaking about the illegitimate sanctions that everyone is well aware of…However, the top officials of the leading NATO countries also make aggressive statements against our country as well”—immediately after which Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko gravely warned: “Now there is a lot of talk against the banking sector…Gas, oil, SWIFT…It's worse than war…This is pushing Russia into a third world war”.

This report next notes President Putin expressing his special gratitude to the Special Operations Forces of the Russian Federation that are heroically performing their military duty in Ukraine undertaking the historic “Special De-Nazification Operation”, with him stating: “I want to thank the command, the personnel of the Special Operations Forces, veterans of the Special Forces units for their loyalty to the oath, for their impeccable service in the name of the people of Russia and our great Motherland”, says this was joined by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov informing Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu: “The main goals and objectives of the comprehensive package of measures being taken aimed at demilitarising and denazifying Ukraine, ensuring the security of the civilian population of the country, and protecting the legitimate interests of the Russian Federation were stressed…The readiness of the Russian side for close cooperation with all constructive forces for the quickest possible sustainable settlement of the Ukrainian problem in the interests of peace and stability was emphasized”.

With President Putin having previously informed world leaders that Russia has “no plans” to take over the whole of Ukraine, but would seek its “de-Nazification” and “demilitarization”, this report notes, Russian Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov to the European Union further reminded the world that territorial gains in Ukraine have “never been our intention”, as Russia is already the largest country in the world comprising 11% of the Earth’s landmass having barely over 146-million citizens to fill it, and factually stated: “We have enough territory”—after a Russian delegation arrived in Belarus this morning to negotiate and end to this conflict it saw Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky breaking off all contact—after which Russian State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin revealed: “Zelensky hastily left Kiev…He was not in the capital of Ukraine yesterday…Together with his entourage, he fled to the city of Lvov, where he and his assistants were equipped with a place to live”—then saw it being beyond shockingly reported: “More than a billion dollars are held in Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s accounts abroad…This was announced by the deputy of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada of the Opposition Platform – Party For Life Ilya Kiva...According to him, Zelensky has accumulated $1.2 billion in the Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika in Costa Rica during the two and a half years of his presidency…This money was transferred to the president by Ukrainian oligarchs...But just to accounts, as Kiva pointed out, the matter was not limited…Zelensky managed to buy a villa in Miami for $34 million, as well as several sets of jewelry for $5.6 million”.

In a major speech yesterday, this report continues, President Donald Trump stated: “What has happened in Ukraine is a catastrophic disaster…But it isn’t really that interesting that so many Democrat politicians in Washington, they seem to be rushing to microphones to declare that Ukraine’s borders are sacred”, then he warned: “world war could be next”—after which Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden said his “largest in history” sanctions on Russia are “the only alternative to third world war”—both of whom are aware of the non-partisan Congressional Research Service (CRS) updated report issued on 13 September 2021 titled “Russia’s Nuclear Weapons: Doctrine, Forces, and Modernization”, wherein this doctrine states: “In the event of a military conflict, this Policy provides for the prevention of an escalation of military actions and their termination on conditions that are acceptable for the Russian Federation and/or its allies” and calls for  Russia to “demonstrate to an enemy the power of a weapon before its used in a conflict”—a “demonstration” like occurred in the Pacific Proving Grounds nuclear weapons testing site on 15 January, which was when an “Atomic Thunderstorm” highly-suspected to have been ignited by a “Russian Doomsday Torpedo” blast “struck the curvature of spacetime”.

With the crisis in Ukraine sending global wheat prices to record highs this week, this report details, experts noted that Russia, the world’s top wheat exporter, and Ukraine, dubbed “the breadbasket of Europe”, both account for nearly a third of the global wheat export market—a fact noticed by China, that this morning lifted all restrictions on wheat imports from Russia after them previously restricting imports for decades due to phytosanitary concerns, as a measure to control the spread of plant diseases—wheat from Russia, and most certainly now Ukraine no longer available to the West—then it saw the Chinese Embassy in Russia calling the United Statesthe real threat to the world” and posting the messages: “A key question here is what role the United States, the culprit of current tensions surrounding Ukraine, has played...If someone keeps pouring oil on the flame while accusing others of not doing their best to put out the fire, such kind of behavior is clearly irresponsible and immoral”—and—“Among the 248 armed conflicts that occurred in 153 regions across the world from 1945 to 2001, 201 were initiated by the United States, accounting for 81% of the total number”.

The latest Ministry of Defense (MoD) urgent war bulletins about this “Special De-Nazification Operation”, this report notes, include the MoD revealing “The Russian Military has destroyed a total of 975 Ukrainian military targets”—“The Ukrainian Nazi Azov Battalion used Grad Systems to hit residential areas on the Mariupol outskirts”—“The Ukrainian 2nd Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment surrendered to the Russian Military in the Kharkov Region”—and the MoD released a video showing Russian and Ukrainian troops guarding the Chernobyl nuclear power plant together.

Instead of factual news about this conflict, however, this report continues, the American peoples are being flooded with videos from past conflicts in the Middle East purporting to be from Ukraine—today sees American defense experts writing such silly things like “A full-out assault on Ukraine's capital never materialized last night but Russia continues to pour forces into the country”, but who should know that “full-out assault” tactics in war are outmoded concepts leading to unnecessary death and destruction, which is why modern battlefield tactics call for encirclement by massive military force, then patiently waiting for an enemy to run out of resources—in an outright display of lunatic war propaganda showing him not knowing modern war tactics, it saw US Senator Marco Rubio posting to his 4.2-million followers: “We know what Putin’s plan was: Air dominance in first 12 hours...Destroy Ukraine military comms in 36 hours...Bypass major urban areas, cut off Eastern Army, encircle Kyiv and get government to flee within 48 hours...Install puppet govt within 72 hours...He is still 0 for 4”—and as to exactly why no modern military force will shut down either military or civilian communications during a war, Senator Rubio would be better advised to listen to those like 82nd Airborne combat veteran Brendon O'Connell III, who posts videos to his 17,500 subscribers under the moniker “Johnny The Paratrooper”, and in his latest one explains that leaving communications intact is vital for “human terrain mapping” to ascertain civilian population and military personal moods and movements—and is a modern tactic of war Senator Rubio should know about because it was pioneered by the US Military, and fully explained about in their Defense Technical Information Center documents like “Mapping The Human Terrain In Afghanistan”.

Among the latest ineffectual sanctions being thrown against Russia by the West, this report details, today Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Austria, and Denmark closed their airspace to Russia—yesterday it saw French authorities seizing a Russian merchant ship in international waters—yesterday it saw Russian vodka pulled from the shelves in US, Canada bars and liquor stores—and saw it being reported: “The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) announced on Saturday that it was preparing to comply with orders from Western powers to disconnect Russia from its financial system”—an announcement that follows top German political leader Friedrich Merz, who heads the Christian Democratic Union, gravely warning: “Restricting Russia’s access to the international interbank SWIFT system will have an effect compared to the “atomic bomb” for the money market…I foresee a massive economic downturn and for our economies if something like this will happen”.

Security Council Members in this transcript note that when this economic “atomic bomb” is dropped it will seal the doom of the United States and its Western European allies, most particularly the Americans, who will fast learn the difference between a nation that produces and one that consumes—today saw the Bank of Russia announcing that it will provide domestic banks with cash and non-cash liquidity in rubles in order to maintain financial stability and protect the economy from the impact of the latest Ukraine-related Western sanctions—and whose most immediate consequence of this economic “atomic bomb” will see Russia cutting off all natural gas and oil supplies to Europe and America, because a system to pay for it will no longer exist, and whose prices will immediately skyrocket.

Apparently forgotten by these deranged Westerners, this report notes, is that Russia is the world’s second-largest exporter of the critical metal titanium used by the aerospace industryeven at the height of the Cold War, the former Soviet Union continued to supply titanium to the United States, who back then knew that Russia had the only certified forges able to manufacture aircraft grade titanium—without titanium aircraft manufacturers like Boeing and Airbus will grind to a halt—and this past week it saw Managing Director Kevin Michaels of aerospace consultancy AeroDynamic Advisory grimly warning: “If that supply disappeared, that would be a massive issue...How long would it take to certify another forge?...That would take a long, long time”.

With the world experiencing a global microchip shortage crisis that began in 2020, this report continues, last week the computer chip industry begin halting deliveries to Russia in response to US sanctions—will be mostly ineffectual as Russia buys 70% of its chips from China—in Russia today sees its own microchip production able to make up for any shortfall, and makes it owns computers—unlike in the West, today Russia doesn’t depend on just microchips, as its military and hardened infrastructure relies on advanced electron tubes resistant to electromagnetic pulses—and because of the advancements made by international award winning Russian physicist Professor Alexey Kavokin, today it sees Russia being the dominating world leader in “Liquid Light” technology, that far surpasses 5G technologies—and because of Russia’s astonishing “Liquid Light” technological advancements, is why it was reported: “There is every chance that the computers of the future will carry the stamp “Made in Russia””.

In a further example of how insane these Westerners are, this report details, they have seemingly forgotten that all microchip production needs the rare noble gas neonis a noble gas that’s a byproduct of steel manufacturingin the 1980s, it saw the former Soviet Union massively overinvested in neon capacity in order to build space-based excimer laser weapons—which is why today Russia is the world’s leading producer of neon—and today sees Russian neon processed and refined by a single company in Ukraine that supplies nearly 70-percent of the world's neon gas capacity, as well as argon, krypton, and xenon needed for semiconductor production—but now they will have to do without as they watch all of their microchip production grind to a halt.

As to why the Americans have doomed themselves, this report concludes, is evidenced in articles like “US Government Just Admitted This Is A War That Will Determine Who Will Rule The New World Order”—is further evidenced by top New York Times editor Thomas Friedman fearfully writing today: “The seven most dangerous words in journalism are: “The world will never be the same”...In over four decades of reporting...I have rarely dared use that phrase...But I’m going there now in the wake of Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine...Our world is not going to be the same again because this war has no historical parallel”—and is best explained by world renowned geopolitical expert Liana Fix of the German Marshall Fund organization, who in her just published strategic document titled “What if Russia Wins? A Kremlin-Controlled Ukraine Would Transform Europe”, reveals:

When Russia joined the ongoing civil war in Syria, in the summer of 2015, it shocked the United States and its partners.

Out of frustration, then President Barack Obama claimed that Syria would become a “quagmire” for Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Syria would be Russia’s Vietnam or Putin’s Afghanistan, a grievous mistake that would eventually rebound against Russian interests.

Syria did not end up as a quagmire for Putin.

Russia changed the course of the war, saving Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from impending defeat, and then translated military force into diplomatic leverage.

It kept costs and casualties sustainable.

Now Russia cannot be ignored in Syria.

In the surreal winter of 2021–22, the United States and Europe are once again contemplating a major Russian military intervention, this time in Europe itself.

And once again, many analysts are warning of dire consequences for the aggressor.

Nevertheless, Putin’s cost-benefit analysis seems to favor upending the European status quo.

The Russian leadership is taking on more risks, and above the fray of day-to-day politics, Putin is on a historic mission to solidify Russia’s leverage in Ukraine (as he has recently in Belarus and Kazakhstan). And as Moscow sees it, a victory in Ukraine might well be within reach.

If Russia gains control of Ukraine or manages to destabilize it on a major scale, a new era for the United States and for Europe will begin.

U.S. and European leaders would face the dual challenge of rethinking European security and of not being drawn into a larger war with Russia.

All sides would have to consider the potential of nuclear-armed adversaries in direct confrontation.

These two responsibilities—robustly defending European peace and prudently avoiding military escalation with Russia—will not necessarily be compatible.

The United States and its allies could find themselves deeply unprepared for the task of having to create a new European security order as a result of Russia’s military actions in Ukraine.

If Russia achieves its political aims in Ukraine by military means, Europe will not be what it was before the war.

Not only will U.S. primacy in Europe have been qualified; any sense that the European Union or NATO can ensure peace on the continent will be the artifact of a lost age.

Under a perceived siege by Russia, the EU and NATO will no longer have the capacity for ambitious policies beyond their own borders.
