An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov advising that Moscow would like to receive a reply from the United States and NATO on its proposals regarding security guarantees as soon as possible, with him stating: “No deadlines can be here…We would like it to occur as soon as possible”, says quick to follow was chief war negotiator Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov warning: “When we say loud and clear that we demand an official withdrawal of the decision made at the 2008 Bucharest summit relating to Ukraine and Georgia’s intentions to join NATO, when we say that further expansion of NATO needs to be prevented, when we say that NATO facilities and all kinds of activities that are provocative for Russia need to be rolled back to the positions that existed in 1997 when the NATO-Russia Founding Act was signed, we are not bluffing”.
On 17 December, in a final bid to avert war, this report notes, the Russian Federation presented to the United States and its NATO military bloc the two proposed security guarantees titled: “Treaty Between the United States of America and the Russian Federation on Security Guarantees” and “Agreement on Measures to Ensure the Security of the Russian Federation and Member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization”—after which it saw these proposals to avert war met by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg claiming that this Western military bloc “has never promised not to expand”—a claim disputed by President Putin, who said during his annual year-end press conference that Moscow was “cheated” by NATO in a “vehement” and “blatant” way as it first swallowed former member states of the Eastern Bloc, which also used to be known as the Warsaw Pact, and then set its eyes on the former Soviet republics.
In knowing that the world is now teetering on the brink of war because of these disputed claims regarding NATO expansion, this report details, the National Security Archive, a non-governmental, non-profit research and archival institution located on the campus of the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., obtained a US Federal Court order forcing the socialist Biden Regime to release the long hidden documents revealing the truth of these disputed claims—and when obtained, saw the National Security Archive publishing their document “NATO Expansion – The Budapest Blow Up 1994”, wherein it factually revealed:

The “policy entrepreneurs” in Washington that revved up the NATO expansion blindsiding both Moscow and the Pentagon, this report notes, were operatives of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), who during the administration of President Yeltsin in the mid-1990s had near total control of the Russian government, and as President Putin recently revealed: “In the early 2000s, I had already cleaned everyone out, but in the mid-1990s, we had, as it later turned out, cadres of the US Central Intelligence Agency sitting as advisers and even official employees of the Russian government...They were later prosecuted in the United States for violating US law and taking part in privatization while they were CIA employees working for us...They lived and worked here…They didn’t need such subtle instruments of interference in our political life because they controlled everything anyway”.
As to what the true purpose of NATO is, this report continues, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov states: “NATO is now a purely geopolitical project to develop the territory which was left abandoned after the disappearance of the Warsaw Pact and after the collapse of the Soviet Union…This is what they are doing...But the fact that they have now already swung, as President Putin said, onto our doorstep, of course, we cannot be indifferent”—after which Foreign Minister Lavrov went on to accuse the West of wanting to foment a conflict in Ukraine and put the blame on Moscow for any subsequent provocation, and further stated: “I don't rule out that there's this desire to fuel militaristic sentiment, to wage a little war, blame us and then impose a round of sanctions to suppress our competitive ability”.
Speaking on behalf of the Biden Regime, this report notes, socialist leader Kamala Harris warned: “The president, as you know, met recently virtually with Putin, and we are very clear that Russia should not invade the sovereignty of Ukraine, that we must stand up and we are standing up for its territorial integrity…We are working with our allies in that regard, and we’ve been very clear that we are prepared to issue sanctions like you’ve not seen before”—a warning worth noting because the United States asserts that the “territorial integrity” of Ukraine includes Crimea—in factual reality sees the Republic of Crimea being a part of the Russian Federation—thus creating a situation where if Ukraine attacks Crimea and Russia defends its sovereign territory the United States will claim the “territorial integrity” of Ukraine is being violated by Russia—and in knowing this truth, it caused Russian parliament opposition politician Mikhail Delyagin to warn: “There is a real threat of an attack on Russia...They are being prepared for it...Things are hard enough for them in Ukraine to keep people in line...The only way is war...Kiev does not actually want a war with Russia, but the leadership is being pushed into it very strongly by the West, and the country is now in a situation of absolute hopelessness”.
The “little war” strategy involving Ukraine being plotted by the socialist Biden Regime in order to “issue sanctions like you’ve not seen before” on Russia, this report notes, is now countered by the Russian demand that NATO cancel its decision that Ukraine and Georgia can someday join this Western military bloc—a demand joined today by Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin warning about NATO: “Lately, the alliance opted for direct provocations, fraught with a great risk of developing into an armed standoff”, then he revealed: “Recently, the alliance has moved to the practice of direct provocations, fraught with a high risk of escalating into an armed confrontation”.
With a “big war”, not a “little war” now looming, this report continues, yesterday it saw Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden signing a staggering $768-billion military spending bill as the United States continues to spend more on its armed forces than the next 11 largest militaries combined worldwide—a military spending bill wherein Biden shamefully cut the stateside cost-of-living stipend for thousands of American troops in 2022—saw this military spending bill being signed at the same it’s being reported: “Americans are quickly losing trust and confidence in the U.S. military, according to the staggering results of a recent survey conducted by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute...The survey found that the number of Americans who said they have a lot of confidence and trust in the military has dropped from 70% to 45% in just the past three years, and that includes a steep 11 percentage point drop since February”—as a direct consequence of this massive military spending bill now sees it being reported: “At this point, US debt is a whopping 134% of GDP, giving the U.S. the dubious honor of being among top ten most indebted countries worldwide…This is a spot the erstwhile creditor to the world shares with the likes of socialist ruled Venezuela”—all of which comes at the same time alarming articles are now appearing like “This Is How You Get An Actual Civil War, America”, wherein it gravely warns: “Former generals want the Pentagon to conduct “war-games” to figure out how the military will respond if the citizenry tries to revolt after the next election...They also want the armed forces to figure out how to counteract media narratives they don't like...The rising, alarmist rhetoric about purges and surveillance needed to root out potential “insurrectionists” in the US military is far less likely to prevent a shooting civil war than to become a self-fulfilling prophecy”.
In attempting to ascertain the mindset of these lunatic Westerners actually pushing for war, the conclusion section of this transcript sees Security Council Members noting their praise of the essay that suggested white milk takes away the unique properties of black coffee because it “domesticates", and “controls” it, making it a point about “drink-based colonization”—an essay called "Black And White Drinks” written by 27-year-old Arvid Haag, who it framed as an “account of what happened from the early 20th century in the struggle between coffee and milk”—saw Haag revealing that his racist coffee essay was a hoax meant to expose these Western lunatics, with him stating: “I still don't understand what critical whiteness perspectives really mean and no one seems to be able to explain that”, and in a tweet with a link to his essay, Haag urged his compatriots to read it and think “What on earth is happening to our so-called bastions of education”—and to explain “what on earth is happening”, sees an answer in the just published article “The Anti-Woke Rapper That Scares The Left”, wherein it reveals:
The last time America went through a
widespread cultural revolution was in the 1960s, with the rise of the
counter-culture movement which saw a dramatic shift from traditional
establishment values and norms to ones spearheaded by hippies who were
