A very brief (due to the classified subjects under discussion) but gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Chinese President Xi Jinping “sending his most trusted foreign policy aide” Yang Jiechi to hold urgent meetings with President Putin, along with top Russian military, intelligence and foreign policy experts, says as the head of China’s Central Foreign Affairs Commission and a specialist in American affairs, Director Jiechi is uniquely qualified to coordinate combined Russian-Chinese retaliation measures against the United States and its European Union allies in the NATO military alliance.
Urgent meetings joined within the past few hours by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MID) releasing information about the total number of strategic offensive weapons under the New START Treaty owned by Russia and the United States—which revealed that as of 1 March 2021, Russia had 517 intercontinental ballistic missiles, submarine-launched ballistic missiles and heavy bombers, while the United States had 651—in addition, Russia has 1,456 warheads on deployed intercontinental ballistic missiles, warheads on deployed submarine-launched ballistic missiles and nuclear warheads on deployed heavy bombers, while the United States had 1,357—shows Russia had 767 deployed and non-deployed of intercontinental ballistic missiles launchers, deployed and non-deployed submarine-launched ballistic missile launchers and deployed and non-deployed heavy bombers, while the United States had 800—thus proving that the United States exceeded indicators laid down in the New START Treaty by 101 units due to its launchers and heavy bombers.
