Obama Move Gives All Water in

An alarming new report prepared by the Federal Water Resources Agency of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment circulating in the Kremlin today states that United States President Obama has given control over all water in America to his military forces in what Russian officials deem an “unprecedented attack” against the freedom of human beings to have access to what is unquestionable our planets most vital life sustaining substance next to the air we breathe.
According to this report, on 16 March, Obama enacted what is called an Executive Order titled National Defense Resources Preparedness that amended the Defense Production Act of 1950 which is, in essence, a law designed to give the American President total dictatorial powers in cases of national emergencies or war.
The Defense Production Act of 1950
contains three major sections. The first authorizes the President to require
businesses to sign contracts or fulfill orders deemed necessary for national
defense. The second authorizes the President to establish mechanisms (such as
regulations, orders or agencies) to allocate materials, services and facilities
to promote national defense. The third section authorizes the President to
control the civilian economy so that scarce and/or critical materials necessary
to the national defense effort are available for defense needs.
The Act also authorizes the
President to requisition property, force industry to expand production and the
supply of basic resources, impose wage and price controls, settle labor
disputes, control consumer and real estate credit, establish contractual
priorities, and allocate raw materials to aid the national defense.
Obama’s shock move in quietly,
and with little fanfare, issuing this Executive Order has disturbed many in
America including the highly respected Zerohedge.Com
blog that noted the terrifying expansion of US federal power over its own
citizens and, in part, stated: “Taken
in conjunction with the NSA’s new Utah spy center
(which will collect and archive the complete contents of every email, tweet,
Facebook post, Google search, phone call, and text message) and the National
Defense Authorization Act, it’s clear that the Obama administration is
expecting trouble from within.”
According to this report, however, the most chilling part of Obama’s Executive Order was his giving power over all water recourses in the United States to his Department of Defense instead of to emergency, health and/or agricultural agencies one would normally expect to be put in charge of this most vital resource.
Most interesting to note about Obama’s move, this report continues, is that six days after (22 March) giving his military control over all water resources in America, and on World Water Day no less, US intelligence officials released a report warning that the “struggle over access to water supplies could spark global war in the next few decades.”
To how far off the first of these “water wars” may be, this report warns, is on the very doorstop of America as its southern neighbor Mexico is experiencing its worst drought in modern history that has already destroyed some 7.5 million acres (3 million hectares) of cultivable land (an area about the size of Belgium), killed 60,000 head of cattle and weakened 2 million more livestock, and pushed food prices up at least 35% in the past 12 months alone.

Even more chilling, this report notes, is that whatever the Obama regime is planning for, US authorities are certainly preparing for the worst as their Homeland Security Department this past fortnight put in an order for 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition for its internal police forces and reports are now surfacing that their government has further told the makers of 5.56 caliber military surplus ammunition to stop selling to venders and civilians as they need it all for themselves.

Not being remembered by many Americans is that during his 2008 campaign for the US Presidency Obama said: “We cannot continue to rely only on our military…we’ve got to have a civilian security force just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set.”
