Obama Issues Order For “Extermination” Of Amazon Indians

Russian Military Analysts are reporting to Prime Minister Putin today that President Obama has authorized the United States Southern Military Command to “immediately assist” Peruvian President Alan Garcia’s plan to “virtually exterminate” Amazonian Indians who for the past month have been protesting US mandated laws in the newly signed US-Peru so called Free Trade Pact that would “open their region to oil and gas drilling, hydroelectric projects and biofuels farming”.

To the growing violence in Peru instigated by the energy starved Empire of the United States we can read as reported by Britain’s Guardian’s News Service, and which says:

“Peru has declared a curfew in its Amazon jungle after dozens died and hundreds were injured in bloody clashes between security forces and indigenous tribes protesting against oil and mining projects.

The situation remained volatile last nighttonight as army and police units used helicopters and armoured vehicles to try to regain control of remote northern areas which were the scene of the country's worst violence in a decade.

Authorities said at least 23 police were killed, some with spears, and that two were missing. Indigenous leaders said more than 40 Indians, including three children, were killed.”

Not being reported to the American people is that the extermination of the Amazon Indians began almost immediately after Obama’s implementation of the Free Trade Pact with Peru, and as we can further read:

“Twenty to thirty Peruvian indigenous people were shot dead from helicopters by Peruvian government forces. The Peruvian government has started enforcing rules established by the Peru free trade agreement that went into effect in February.

The agreement gives multinational oil companies access to Peruvian oil and other natural resources. Oil and mineral rights were taken from the native people without fair compensation by the state. The traditional land owners protested the stealing of their resources and the destruction of their land by blocking roads. These protests came after years of destruction of the Amazon rain forest, toxic waste dumping and human rights abuses by oil companies.”

Also going virtually unnoticed by the American people is that shortly before taking office, Obama backtracked on his campaign promise to impose a windfall profit tax on oil companies who have for decades been free to gouge these peoples with ever increasing energy costs and which just last year saw Exxon Mobil break its own record for the highest-ever quarterly profit for a US company as America began its plunge into the economic abyss.

To the brutal realities facing the Americans, these reports continue, are current energy prices that are being driven up by speculation and the chronic long-term inability of the US to access promising oil and gas reserves, and which in World facing a critical energy shortage, Royal Dutch Shell Chief Executive Jeroen van der Veer warned yesterday that our Planets oil and gas industries cannot supply all the additional demand that will be needed in the future.

Sadly, these reports point out, that the United States is continuing upon a path that has long sought the complete destruction of the America’s indigenous peoples which accelerated with their immediate breaking of the 1814 Treaty of Ghent ending the War of 1812 between the US and Great Britain which contained in its provisions, and agreed to by the Americans, that:

“The United States of America engage to put an end immediately after the Ratification of the present Treaty to hostilities with all the Tribes or Nations of Indians with whom they may be at war at the time of such Ratification, and forthwith to restore to such Tribes or Nations respectively all the possessions, rights, and privileges which they may have enjoyed or been entitled to in one thousand eight hundred and eleven previous to such hostilities.”

As the American peoples attention has been continually misdirected from South America by their propaganda media, the CATO Institutes 2003 report on the strategic importance of this region to the US bears witness to the United States plan for these peoples, and as we can read:

“General Peter Pace, the Commander in Chief of the US militaries Southern Command outlined these concerns clearly when he spoke of the three vital US national interests that guide US post-Cold War policy in South America. The first vital national interest is the "continued unhindered access to strategic natural resources in the USSOUTHCOM AOR [area of responsibility]".

“Pace outlined the importance of Colombian and Venezuelan oil to the US when he stated that there is a "common misperception" that the US "is completely dependent on the Middle East" for oil, when in fact Venezuela provides "15% - 19 % of our imported oil in any given month". Pace went on to note that the "internal conflict in Colombia poses a direct threat to regional stability" with "Venezuela, Ecuador, and Panama" the "most vulnerable to destabilization due to Colombian insurgent activity along their borders".

Pace outlined the second vital interest as the preservation of pro-US governments in Latin America so as to provide stability "for access to markets in the USSOUTHCOM AOR, which is critical to the continued economic expansion and prosperity of the United States".

The third and final vital interest is the US's freedom of navigation, with particular concern over the "continued unencumbered access to the Panama Canal". In sum, US vital interests in Latin America are the unhindered access to Latin America's oil, the bolstering of pro-US governments or the overthrow of governments that might threaten US-led neo-liberalism (what is called 'stability' in official discourse), and open access to strategic land and water corridors.”

What remains unknown at this time is if the Empire of the United States can succeed, yet again, in exterminating the rightful inhabitants of South America and claiming for itself through its US Military backed puppet regimes the resources rightfully belonging to other peoples. But, if the examples of Iraq and Afghanistan are looked at in their starkest reality, the United States is fully prepared to annihilate all who stand in their way, even to the most defenseless of our Earth’s human beings.

One can only wonder how these bloodthirsty Americans can sleep at night knowing that their leaders are killing so many innocents in their name in their name.

OBAMA EXPIDE ORDEN PARA EL “EXTERMINIO” DE LOS INDIOS DEL AMAZONAS

Los analistas militares Rusos están informando hoy al Primer Ministro Putin que el Presidente Obama ha autorizado al Comando Militar del Sur de los Estados Unidos para “prestar ayuda inmediata” al plan del Presidente Peruano Alan García para “eliminar virtualmente” a los Indios del Amazonas los que por todo el mes pasado han estado protestando las leyes decretadas por los Estados Unidos en el nuevo llamado Pacto del Libre Comercio, firmado entre Estados Unidos y el Perú que “abriría su región a la perforación para encontrar gas y petróleo, proyectos hidroeléctricos y cultivo de bio-combustibles”.

Ante la creciente violencia en el Perú instigada por el Imperio hambriento de energía de los Estados Unidos podemos leer lo que reportó el servicio noticioso de The Guardian de la Gran Bretaña:

“El Perú ha declarado el toque de queda en su selva del Amazonas después de que murieron docenas y cientos resultaron heridos en choques sangrientos entre las fuerzas de seguridad y tribus indígenas que protestan contra los proyectos petroleros y de minería.

La situación quedó volátil anoche pues las unidades del ejército y la policía usaron helicópteros y vehículos blindados para tratar de recuperar el control de las remotas áreas del norte que fueron el escenario de la peor violencia del país en una década.

Las autoridades dijeron que por los menos 23 policías fueron muertos, algunos con lanzas y que dos están desaparecidos. Los líderes indígenas dijeron que más de 40 Indios, incluyendo tres niños, fueron muertos”.

Lo que no se le ha informado al pueblo Estadounidense es que el exterminio de los Indios del Amazonas comenzó casi inmediatamente después de que Obama implementó el Pacto del Libre Comercio con el Perú, y podemos leer lo siguiente:

“De veinte a treinta personas indígenas del Perú fueron muertas a tiros disparados desde helicópteros de las fuerzas del gobierno Peruano. El gobierno Peruano ha comenzado a imponer las reglas establecidas por el acuerdo del libre comercio del Perú que entró en vigor en febrero.

El acuerdo da a las compañías petroleras multinacionales el acceso al petróleo Peruano y a sus otros recursos naturales. Los derechos del petróleo y de los minerales les fueron arrebatados al pueblo Indígena sin una compensación justa del estado. Los tradicionales dueños de las tierras protestaron el robo de sus recursos y la destrucción de su tierra bloqueando caminos. Estas protestas llegaron después de años de destrucción de la selva tropical del Amazonas, el tiradero de basura tóxica y abusos de los derechos humanos por parte de las petroleras”.

También, pasando desapercibido para el pueblo Estadounidense es que poco después de tomar posesión de su cargo, Obama volvió sobre sus pasos en su promesa de campaña para imponer un impuesto sobre ganancias inesperadas a las petroleras que por décadas han tenido la libertad de estafar a estas gentes sin haber aumentado jamás los costos de energía y que sólo el año pasado vieron a la Exxon Mobil romper su propio récord de ganancias trimestrales más altas jamás vistas para una compañía Estadounidense mientras que Estados Unidos comenzaba su caída al abismo económico.

Ante las brutales realidades que están frente a los Estadounidenses, continúan señalando estos reportes, están los actuales precios de la energía que están siendo aumentados por la especulación y la incapacidad crónica desde hace tiempo de los Estados Unidos para acceder a las reservas prometedoras de petróleo y gas y que en el mundo que enfrenta una crítica escasez de energía, el Jefe Ejecutivo de la Royal Dutch Shell, Jeroen van der Veer, advirtió ayer que las industrias de petróleo y gas de nuestro planeta no pueden dar abasto a toda la demanda adicional que se necesitará en el futuro.

Tristemente, estos reportes indican, que los Estados Unidos continúan por un camino que ha buscado desde hace tiempo la destrucción de los pueblos indígenas de América y que fue acelerada con su rompimiento inmediato del Tratado de Ghent de 1814 que dio fin a la Guerra de 1812 entre los Estados Unidos y la Gran Bretaña que contenía en sus cláusulas y con la aceptación de los Estadounidenses que:

“Los Estados Unidos de América se comprometen a poner fin de inmediato después de la ratificación del presente Tratado a las hostilidades con todas las tribus o naciones de Indios con quienes pudieran estar en guerra en el momento de tal ratificación, y de inmediato restaurar a tales tribus y naciones respectivamente todas las posesiones, derechos y privilegios que podrían haber disfrutado o tener derecho en mil ochocientos once previo a tales hostilidades”

Mientras que la atención del pueblo Estadounidense ha sido desviada de la América del Sur continuamente por sus medios de propaganda, el reporte del 2003 del Instituto CATO sobre la importancia estratégica que conlleva esta región para los Estados Unidos, es testigo del plan de los Estados Unidos para este pueblo, podemos leer que:

“El General Peter Pace, Comandante en Jefe de los ejércitos del Comando del Sur de los Estados Unidos, delineó estas preocupaciones claramente cuando habló de los tres intereses nacionales vitales Estadounidenses que guían la política post-Guerra Fría en Sudamérica. El primer interés nacional vital es “el obstaculizado continuo acceso a los recursos naturales estratégicos en el Área de Responsabilidad del Comando del Sur de los Estados Unidos.(USSOUTHCOM AOR).

“Pace recalcó la importancia del petróleo Colombiano y Venezolano para los Estados Unidos cuando señaló que hay una “equivocada percepción común” de que los Estados Unidos “dependen por completo del Medio Oriente” para el petróleo, cuando de hecho Venezuela abastece “del 15% al 19% de nuestro petróleo importado en un mes cualquiera”. Pace además hizo notar que “el conflicto interno en Colombia representa una amenaza directa para la estabilidad regional” con “Venezuela, Ecuador y Panamá”, la “más vulnerable de desestabilizar debido a la actividad insurgente Colombiana a lo largo de sus fronteras”.

Pace resaltó el segundo interés nacional vital como la preservación de gobiernos pro-Estados Unidos en la América Latina para modo de brindar estabilidad para “el acceso a los mercados en el USSOUTHCOM AOR, que es crítico para la continua expansión económica y la prosperidad de los Estados Unidos”.

El tercer y final interés vital es la libertad para los Estados Unidos en la navegación, con particular interés sobre el “continuo acceso irrestricto al Canal de Panamá”. En suma, los intereses vitales de los Estados Unidos en América Latina son el acceso sin obstáculos al petróleo de esa región, el apoyo a gobiernos pro-Estados Unidos o el derrocamiento de gobiernos que pudieran representar una amenaza al Neo-Liberalismo encabezado por los Estados Unidos (a lo que se le llama “estabilidad” en el discurso oficial) y al acceso irrestricto a corredores de tierra y agua estratégicos”.

Lo que queda desconocido en este momento es si el Imperio de los Estados Unidos puede triunfar, una vez más, en el exterminio de los legítimos habitantes de la América del Sur y que reclama para sí a través de regímenes títeres con el apoyo del ejército Estadounidenses, los recursos que le pertenecen por derecho a otros pueblos. Pero, si los ejemplos de Irak y Afganistán se miran en su realidad más severa, los Estados Unidos están preparados para aniquilar a todo el que se atraviese en su camino, aún a los seres humanos más indefensos del planeta.

A uno sólo le queda preguntarse como es que estos Estadounidenses pueden dormir por la noche sabiendo que sus líderes están asesinando a tantos inocentes en su nombre.
