Americans Warned To Prepare For Emergency Alert Test After Russia Test Fires ICBM

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin said he welcomed the rare phone call from Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, that broke with the longstanding practice among European leaders of avoiding direct contact with Moscow, says he then warningly observed: “I believe it was the right thing to do...After all, there are people in Europe who, unlike some others, do not want to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia but instead want to establish some kind of constructive dialogue...We do not want any war with Europe...If some of them want one, let them prepare...But they have not achieved their goal of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia, and it is unlikely that this will be possible by 2030...And if things go too far, there will be no winners at all...Let no one forget that”.

Along with the call from these two European leaders to President Putin being branded “A mutiny aboard the European ship”, this report notes, it was also revealed:

The Financial Times has refused to correct an anonymously sourced article about a recent phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the leaders of Norway and Finland, despite objections from both Nordic governments.

The British newspaper claimed that Putin spent significant time “lecturing” the Nordic leaders on “medieval Slavic history” and its relevance to the Ukraine conflict.  Citing three anonymous sources described only as “familiar with the conversation”, the FT portrayed the Russian president as “fixated” on history.

Store’s government told Norwegian daily Verdens Gang (VG) that the characterization was inaccurate and that Finland had contacted the FT on behalf of both countries to challenge its account.

Finnish media also covered the joint refutation, with the newspaper Helsingin Sanomat citing its own sources to dispute the British paper’s description of the call.

The FT, however, rejected the request, telling VG that it stood by its reporting.

Still not reported by the British propaganda media that makes ups its stories, this report continues, was Secretary of State Marco Rubio having factually declared: “Frankly, it’s a proxy war between nuclear powers, the United States helping Ukraine, and Russia”—a proxy war brought into critical focus yesterday, when the video was released showing Russian forces wiping out the American mercenaries who invaded Bryansk-Russia on 27 October 2024.

Joining President Putin warning about the proxy war America is waging on Russia: “And if things go too far, there will be no winners at all...Let no one forget that”, this report details, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in the United States earlier today, where he will meet with Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the G20 foreign ministers summit, in Atlanta-Georgia, in a last attempt to prevent World War III.

Just prior to President Putin warning about and Foreign Minister Lavrov attempting to prevent World War III, this report concludes, it was revealed: “The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Pacific Fleet’s Project 955A Borei-A nuclear-powered submarine Generalissimo Suvorov had test-fired a Bulava submarine-launched ICBM from the Sea of Okhotsk”—and was a revelation near immediately followed by the news: “Americans have been put on notice ahead of a nationwide emergency alert test that will interrupt television and radio programming across the country...Federal officials announced the drill will begin at approximately 2.20pm ET on November 17”.
