A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin warningly observed about socialist European colonial powers: “They now go so far as to constantly speak of a Russian threat and even discuss preparations for a war with Russia – which, in my view, amounts to a kind of political schizophrenia...If you look at the political processes currently underway in Europe, it becomes evident that the European peoples have no desire to go to war with Russia”, says the political schizophrenia guiding Europe towards war with Russia was best described this week as: “Russian rearmament is an obvious sign of impending aggression, whereas European rearmament is prudent deterrence”.

While Russia and United States work towards more peaceful relations, this report details, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov grimly warned yesterday: “Today the military-political situation around our countries remains difficult...We see the rapid growth of tension and the West’s aggressive activity towards Russia and Belarus...NATO, the EU and the Kiev regime deliberately move along the path of escalation...The accelerated militarization of Europe, which is placing its industry on a wartime footing and preparing infrastructure for the rapid deployment of the armed forces poses a particular danger”, and it was factually documented:
