A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin stated to Special Envoy Steve Witkoff to begin their meeting at the Constantine Palace in St. Petersburg: “Dear Mr. Witkoff, we are very pleased to welcome you to St. Petersburg this time...These and other topics could certainly be the focus of our attention today, including a possible meeting with Trump in China...There are also some considerations here that I would like to share with you”, says top Kremlin presidential aide Yuri Ushakov also revealed: “The Putin–Witkoff meeting was agreed several days ago...Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev will take part in the meeting...The Ukraine settlement will be part of the talks' agenda...Russia was notified that Kushner fell ill and refrained from traveling to Russia for the talks...Russian representatives have had no contacts with Zelensky”.
As to why he really refrained from traveling to Russia, this report notes, is because Special Envoy Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump ignited the “Flamingo Revolution” in Albania, from where it was grimly reported today: “As the European continent reels under violent street protests and anti-government demonstrations by the radical groups, Albania is also witnessing massive unrest...Masked mobs have set ablaze the Supreme Court, banks, ministries and other public institutions”.
When the United States Air Force plane without Special Envoy Kushner on board landed in St. Petersburg today, this report continues, it immediately took on board United States Air Force veteran Stephen Hubbard, who had been convicted in Russia on charges of fighting for Ukraine as a foreign mercenary,--this convicted foreign mercenary was waiting at the St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport after President Putin ordered his release on humanitarian grounds—and President Donald Trump posted the announcement:
