A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin proposed a three-way summit with President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to end the Ukraine war at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders meeting scheduled for 18–19 November in Shenzhen-China, says Secretary of State Marco Rubio then revealed about President Trump negotiating with Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky: “The president is frustrated... He is certainly angry and frustrated by the lack of progress in these negotiations after devoting nearly two years to them”—all of which caused Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha to rage: “A trilateral meeting between the leaders of Ukraine, the United States, and Russia could help end the war sooner...A trilateral meeting between the leaders of Russia, China, and the United States would do only the opposite”.
As to why President Trump wants to meet with the leaders of global rare earth minerals and oil giants Russia and China, this report notes, was revealed in the news yesterday: “Last year, America needed roughly 48,000 metric tons of the most common rare earth magnet, and domestic sources supplied just 300 tons”, and it was reported today: “US Strategic Petroleum Reserve stocks fell to around 283 million barrels last week, the lowest since October 1982”.
While preparing to meet with the leaders of Russia and China to find a way to end the Ukraine war before Western sanctions cut America off from all rare earth minerals and oil supplies, this report continues, President Trump declared yesterday: “Zelensky’s a man that should have this war settled a long time ago...To be honest, I think it’s time for someone else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine”—he also posted the announcement about Dictator Zelensky: “He could have made a better deal two years ago than he can now...His country is in shambles, a large portion of his land is lost, his oceans and seas are gone, and his male population is low, wounded, and/or dead...I WANT THIS WAR END!”—and the Ukrainian state media revealed today: “Due to Russian attacks, Ukraine's state-owned electricity operator reported power outages in twelve of Ukraine's regions on 20 October”.
Joining President Trump, this report details, Vice President J.D. Vance refused to call Ukraine an American ally and declared yesterday: “Do I think they should be bombing Russian diesel facilities that raise the cost of energy for Americans?...No...I think they should stop bombing Russian energy”—and was a declaration swiftly followed by the news: “The U.S. Department of Agriculture will provide $8 billion in diesel fuel relief to American farmers for this year’s harvest season, to be distributed as one-time payments to eligible candidates”.
During a video conference yesterday, this report notes, Dictator Zelensky revealed to his neocon American lawmaker allies: “We want to understand what is happening, why it's happening, and where all of this is heading”—a revelation joined with the news: “Zelensky is set to meet with U.S. special envoys on Tuesday in Norway after PresidentTrump aimed a fresh spate of criticism at the wartime leader...Ukraine requested that Witkoff and Kushner join the meeting in Oslo”—and it was alao reported: “Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff hopes to visit Russia and meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin after holding talks with Vladimir Zelensky in Oslo on Tuesday”.
Ahead of Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff arriving in Russia to meet with President Putin, this report concludes, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev declared today: ”We must acknowledge that relations between Russia and the United States have once again been damaged for decades to come...We have been, are, and will remain systemic adversaries”—First Deputy Chairman Andrey Lugovoy then proposed closing the British Embassy in Russia on 14 December---and it was also reported: “Russia's Cosmos-2612 satellite has repeatedly changed its orbit to approach ICEYE-X36, a U.S.-registered commercial radar-imaging satellite whose operator supplies data to Ukraine. The manoeuvres have raised fears of possible surveillance or interference...Experts warn that Russia could be positioning itself for potentially hostile operations in space, although its actual intentions remain unknown”.
