Trump Announces Energy Ceasefire That

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced: “The president has already spoken about this, but in this case, I can say with full responsibility on his behalf that if Kiev truly wants to hold elections, then the Russian president, as supreme commander-in-chief, will be ready to order the army not to launch strikes against Ukraine on election day...Specifically on election day”, says this announcement was joined by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin warning: “The Collective West, which is the occupier, does not need an independent Ukraine...This is not what it occupied the country for...That said, it is doing its best to preserve its influence by providing weapons and ammunition...It sees Ukrainians as nothing but expendables...The country has turned into a large concentration camp headed by Zelensky and the Coalition of the Willing”.
Following Russia announcing it would observe a ceasefire if Ukraine holds elections for the first since 21 April 2019, this report notes, President Donald Trump posted the announcement: “Effective immediately, there is an ENERGY CEASEFIRE in the War between Russia and Ukraine...Both parties have agreed...Do not break it!”—President Trump also announced on 14 September: “Ukraine has agreed not to hit Russian Energy targets...Russia has agreed to do, likewise!...The World's Diesel price rise is mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine War, not Iran”—and it was reported today: “Trump appears to be singlehandedly trying to will a partial ceasefire into existence”.
In response to President Trump, this report continues, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters: “Contacts are continuing...As soon as we have something to say on this topic, we will definitely inform you”—and it was also revealed: “President Trump's announcement of an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine appears to be considerably narrower than initially suggested, with a White House official telling Axios that the proposal only covers attacks on oil refineries”.
Also in response to President Trump, this report details, Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky told reporters: “If President Trump negotiated it with Putin, please tell us when the ceasefire begins...We are ready, and we will accept it”, then added: “In Ukraine, we have just one oil refinery...And it was badly damaged by Russian strikes long, long ago”—all of which was joined with the news: “President Donald Trump is furious with Vladimir Zelensky over Kiev’s continued attacks on Russian oil refineries, with Washington reportedly threatening to cut off weapons supplies and intelligence sharing unless Ukraine stops the strikes”.
At the same time both Russia and Ukraine confirmed they know nothing about the energy ceasefire announced by President Trump, this report concludes, it was revealed: “A bipartisan group of six senators called for President Donald Trump's administration to “immediately reverse course” on a plan to purchase diesel from Russia as part of an effort to lower high fuel prices...Four Republican senators and two Democratic senators signed onto the statement released Sunday in protesting the deal”—and was a revelation joined with the news: “Two German opposition parties have called for restoring economic ties with Russia following President Donald Trump’s example in striking a diesel deal with Moscow, challenging Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s sanctions policy as soaring fuel prices put further pressure on Europe’s largest economy”.
