A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump justifiably raged about Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky yesterday: “We said you could do whatever you want to Russia, don't hit the refineries, because that's a world problem that's caused...And he wants to make problems for the world, he wants to make problems for our farmers, our ranchers, with diesel fuel...We have a world problem, and the problem is caused by the lack of refinereis for diesel fuel...So what does he do?...He goes and hits the refineries...You know what I suggest?...I suggest they get a new leader who can make a deal...Because he could have made many deals and for some reason he never does...I think it's time for Ukraine to get a new president”, says this call by President Trump to oust Dictator Zelensky from power was immediately followed by American tech billionaire Elon Musk proclaiming: “Zelensky has gone too far”.

As too how far Dictator Zelensky is going to harm President Trump and the American peoples suffering from diesel fuel shortages, this report notes, is exampled by the news: “Ukrainian drones struck the NZNP oil-loading terminal in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, overnight, igniting a major fire...This occurred hours after President Trump announced a deal with Putin for Russia to supply diesel to US and global markets”—and the Ukrainian state media reported today:

When U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner told Ukraine's delegation on October 9 that President Donald Trump was preparing to lift sanctions on Russian diesel exports, the Ukrainians struggled to believe what they were hearing.

President Volodymyr Zelensky had sent a Ukrainian delegation to the United States for talks scheduled for October 9-10. The agenda included a possible energy ceasefire with Moscow and a separate arrangement to halt attacks in the Black Sea.

Instead, the talks were derailed after Trump announced that Russia would supply millions of tons of diesel fuel to the U.S. and global markets following a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

For the delegation, the revelation raised questions about whether Washington had already negotiated terms with Moscow while Ukrainian and European officials were still trying to establish the parameters of an energy truce.

"It felt like a trap", the senior Ukrainian official said.

Along with Axios revealing yesterday: “President Donald Trump’s decision to approve a temporary waiver of sanctions on Russian fuel exports came after Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky ignored multiple requests to stop strikes on Russian oil refineries”, this report concludes, it was also reported: “Following yesterday's announcement of a diesel fuel supply agreement between the US and Russia, the first shipment of Russian diesel fuel, carried aboard the vessel MINERVA ZEN, is approaching the US East Coast...The vessel is carrying 280,000 barrels (37,000-38,000 tons) of diesel fuel and left St. Petersburg on September 22, indicating that the deal may have been concluded several weeks ago, well before President Trump's public announcement”.
