A spiritually riveting new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin gravely warned during his annual keynote address to the Valdai Discussion Club international forum this morning: “Until now, Western policy has been aimed at inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia...Continued attempts to achieve such a defeat could lead to effectively a hot Third World War”, says he also factually observed: “The present-day persecution of people in Ukrainian-controlled territories matters more to Russia than the historical significance of those lands...For instance, when I spoke about the persecution of the Church in Ukraine, or noted that no other country in the world bans a language....Yet in Ukraine, the Russian language is banned”.
