American Diesel Disaster Declaration Joins Russian

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump announced: “Axios just released a story that “Trump” offered Sanctions Relief and Frozen Funds to Iran...This is untrue...I offered them NOTHING!...Axios’ story, like most others, is a HOAX, used only for purposes of satisfying their Trump Derangement Syndrome...They should withdraw this fake story, IMMEDIATELY!”, says this announcement came as Qatar continues its push to broker a lasting peace settlement between Washington and Tehran, and Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed al-Ansari revealed: “We’re working towards establishing a common ground in order to get into a deal that would save all of us from the repercussions of the conflict”.
Most certainly not being saved from the repercussions of the conflict between the United States and Iran, this report notes, is America itself, from where it was grimly reported: “Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared a statewide disaster on Monday over soaring diesel prices and a worsening fuel shortage created by wars abroad...The 30-day disaster declaration, which can be extended indefinitely, allowed Abbott to lift some restrictions on commercial transportation, which he said will alleviate some of the elevated costs”.
Quickly following America declaring a diesel emergency for the first time in history, this report continues, it was warningly revealed: “The U.S. Department of Energy will offer another 40 million barrels of crude from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve as gasoline and diesel prices remain elevated nearly seven months into the Iran war...The barrels will be offered through an exchange, marking the final tranche of the 172 million barrels the United States pledged to a coordinated emergency release organized by the International Energy Agency...The reserve is expected to fall to its lowest level since 1982 once the latest release is completed”.
While America depletes its strategic oil reserves in a desperate bid to stop its diesel disaster, this report details, world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson warningly observed: “On paper, the United States should be the world’s safety valve in this fuel crisis...American refineries make far more diesel than Americans burn...But every one of those barrels is already spoken for...Between rising domestic demand, heavy export commitments and refineries running near their limit, the U.S. is drawing down its own stocks, not sitting on a surplus...The shock from the Gulf hits the world’s fuel supply twice: it starves refineries abroad of crude and removes finished fuel from the Gulf’s own refineries...America has no spare diesel to offer a world that has lost 1.6 million barrels a day of diesel exports from the Gulf and Russia combined”.
On 13 September, this report concludes, President Trump declared about Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky: “Mr. Zelensky has to do one thing...He has to stop knocking out diesel fuel in Russia”—a declaration followed by NATO forces attempting to isolate Kaliningrad, the Russian territory on the Baltic Sea whose naval forces protect diesel exports to the world—and Russia gravely warned today: “There should be no mistake — Russia would be ready to use all its arsenal, including nuclear weapons, to defend its territory if NATO countries trying to isolate the Kaliningrad region from the rest of the country”.
