Putin Proclaims “Victory Will Be Ours” As Last
American Forces Flee From

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin proclaimed: “People here are strong, courageous and educated; everyone understands perfectly well what is happening around Russia...It became clear that such people cannot be intimidated...And it is impossible to defeat such people, such a country...Therefore, victory will undoubtedly be ours”, says this proclamation was followed by him signing the presidential decree “On Establishing The Staffing Level Of The Armed Forces Of The Russian Federation”, that will put the size of the Russian Armed Forces at 2,441,630, including 1,550,500 active servicemen.
While the Russian military increases in size, this report notes, the United States military, that has 2.81 million service members, of which 1.33 million are active-duty, completely withdrew from Iraq yesterday, after losing its 23 year war, which caused top Iraqi military commander Abu Mojtaba al-Yasiri to declare: “On September 30, we will celebrate the turning of a black page in Iraq’s history and the failure of the occupation to impose its will on our country...Iraq has proven that its sovereignty cannot be secured by foreign forces, but by the resistance and the will of its people”.
As a consequence of America continuing to wage failing wars in Europe and the Middle East, this report continues, it was revealed today: “Crude stocks in the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve stood at 284.6 million barrels for the week ending September 18, down from 285.0 million the week before and 406.0 million a year earlier...The reserve has now set a new multi-decade low twice this year, first falling below 300 million barrels, and below its 1983 level, in early August”, and it was also reported: “Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday signed a decree further restricting disclosures of information about energy and oil products to counter sanctions from the United States and other Western countries”.
The consequence of the last American military forces fleeing from Iraq, this report concludes, is best documented in the article “Biden Is Betting Americans Will Forget About Afghanistan”, wherein it observed in 2021: “People in and around the White House are relying on Americans’ notoriously short-term memory...Call it the White House’s dream scenario: In the end, the voters don’t blame Joe Biden...The president’s withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan simply aligns him with everyone else who has given up on the notion that the military could mold a fractious country into a stable democratic ally”.
