A sinking feeling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump revealed to Fox News yesterday: “I spoke to President Zelensky...I said, You've got to take it easy on the refineries”, says this revelation was joined with the news: “President Donald Trump has suggested the White House is still considering a diesel export ban”, and Goldman Sachs analysts warned early this morning: “The diesel ban would push up fuel prices in Europe, as the continent is the biggest buyer of U.S. energy commodities”.
As to why President Trump is considering banning diesel fuel exports to Europe, this report notes, world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson explained in his intelligence report “America’s Diesel Surplus Is An Illusion” released yesterday, that was followed by his intelligence report “Moscow Closes The Door: How Putin And Lavrov Hardened Russia’s Line On Ukraine In Ten Days” released today, wherein he observed:

The turning point was
Putin said more than 1,600
drones entered the Moscow area that night, with strikes on polling stations,
including one in a school he said was virtually destroyed. The chair of a territorial election
commission was killed when her home was hit.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the raid unprecedented. According to RT, two civilians were killed in
the suburbs and an oil refinery was damaged.

Russian accounts of the damage, the political effect in
Putin: from “ready after
the elections” to “we will think twice”.
At his press conference in
Putin didn’t treat those requests as an
opening. He treated them as proof that
Russian pressure is working. His message
to Kyiv was that no provocation or escalation will get it what it wants, and
that it is only making its own situation worse.

The direction is clear. In mid-September,

Standing against the European nations preparing to wage war on Russia, this report details, is the antiwar National Rally (RN) party in France, about which was revealed today: “France's National Rally (RN) party and its allies secured a record 14 seats in France's 348-seat Senate after Sept. 27 elections, for the first time crossing the threshold to form a caucus...RN co-leader Marine Le Pen hailed the result as a "historic victory", mere months before France's presidential race in which she is a front-runner”.
On 14 June 1854, this report notes, the European powers deployed a massive war fleet off the coast of Finland to attack and conquer Russia and strip it of its resources, and British war propagandist Friedrich Engels proclaimed: “The more sanguine portion of the British public expect shortly to hear of Kronstadt bombarded, the approaches to St. Petersburg forced, and who knows? perhaps even the Union Jack hoisted on the glittering spire of the Russian Admiralty”—a war proclamation followed by Russia decisively defeating the European powers, and history records: “With no other options, the British and French had no choice but to leave the Baltic Sea by autumn 1855...This effectively marked the end of the Crimean War in the Baltic”.
The history of what happened off the coast of Finland in the Baltic Sea nearly two centuries ago, this report concludes, is now joined with news: “European leaders, including EU High Representative Kallas and German Chancellor Merz, deliberately dressed in field camouflage to signal defence readiness in Finland on 14 September”—and was news followed by world-renowned senior British statesman Alastair Crooke warning that European leaders preparing to wage war on Russia have ordered their citizens: “You have a duty to die”.
