A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump told reporters during his meeting with Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky yesterday: “The president and I are trying to figure out a solution, and I think it’s going to happen...I really do...I believe it’s going to happen...Well, I think they’re going to make a deal, and I don’t want to say what the deal is...We talk about it a lot, including with President Putin, and I think something’s going to happen”, says this follows Secretary of State Marco Rubio already admitting what solution needs figuring out: “Frankly, it’s a proxy war between nuclear powers, the United States helping Ukraine, and Russia”.
After meeting with President Trump, this report notes, Dictator Zelensky met wtth European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, about which was revealed: “The Zelensky-von der Leyen meeting confirms Ukraine must reform to unlock more money...The meeting, which was characterized as "tense" by Bloomberg, included not just the EU expressing its wish to see continued reforms, but also the Ukrainians expressing outrage over EU countries' decision that day to remove sanctions from two Russian oligarchs”.
Enraging Dictator Zelensky during his meeting with President von der Leyen, this report continues, was the news: “The EU’s 27 member states have agreed to remove Russian businessmen Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman from their sanctions blacklist, ending an impasse that threatened the very foundation of the bloc’s anti-Russian penalty regime”—news joined with the article “An Inconvenient Truth: What The EU Won’t Admit About Why It De-Sanctioned Alisher Usmanov”, wherein it documents how Usmanov won all of his claims in EU courts against the media lies used to sanction him in the first place.
Prior to Dictator Zelensky meeting with his proxy war puppet masters President Trump and President von der Leyen at the United Nations yesterday, this report details, NATO member leader Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned: “Our Ukrainian partners have informed me that recently the monthly figure has been 27,000 killed and wounded, and these are, unfortunately, records in this war, in the saddest sense of the word...If this trend continues, the winter in Ukraine could indeed be catastrophic”—and was a warning followed by the grim news: “Estimates of the number of Ukrainians who have lost limbs during the full-scale war range from 50,000 to 100,000, depending on the source...More than 44,000 people have received prosthetics through Ukraine’s state program since the full-scale invasion began, significantly fewer than the total number who have lost limbs”.
Now joining past truthful Western articles like “Welcome To Ukraine, The Most Corrupt Nation In Europe”, this report notes, it was just warned: “Zelensky has invested all of his political capital into suspending elections, which for him would mean political suicide...Apparently, Ukraine’s political system has ceased to disguise itself as a democracy...There is nothing but a ruthless struggle for power in the country” and most factually observed: “The West is watching the wrong Ukrainian collapse...It is the reputure between State and Society that will collapse Ukraine”.
What Ukraine actually is, this report continues, is a Republic of Kosovo corrupt failed state ruled over by criminals, that was created and armed by the West to wage a proxy war against Russia by attacking its ally Yugoslavia in the 1990s—what is known as the Kosovo War saw NATO bombing Yugoslavia until it broke apart forever—the International Court of Justice (ICJ), known as the World Court after it was established by the United Nations, rejected Yugoslavia's request for an order to stop NATO attacks, citing a lack of prima facie jurisdiction because the dispute arose before Yugoslavia's 1999 declaration accepting the Court's jurisdiction took effect—it dismissed the cases filed by Serbia and Montenegro against eight NATO member states, ruling it lacked jurisdiction because Yugoslavia was not a UN member and thus not a party to the ICJ Statute in 1999—but the World Court explicitly stated that by dismissing the cases on jurisdictional grounds, it did not rule on whether NATO's military strikes were lawful or constituted violations of international law.
In terror of the World Court signaling that it would charge NATO with war crimes if it attacked UN members, this report details, the West created the International Criminal Court (ICC), known as The Hague, only recognized by the West and its allies, excluding the United States—and The Hague was specifically created to control the Western puppet states waging its proxy wars, like Kosovo, which former Vice President Joe Biden warned was a “cancer of corruption” on 17 August 2016.
The exact clone of Western proxy war and NATO funded corrupt puppet leader Dictator Zelensky, this report concludes, is former Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi, who after failing for three decades to get any country outside of the West to recognize his corrupt failed state, and during the same time cost NATO hundreds-of-billions of dollars, met his inevitable fate of Western retribution for its failed corrupt puppet leaders when it was revealed last week: “Hashim Thaci has been found responsible for war crimes in The Hague...The ethnic Albanian, who served as the first president of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo, has been found guilty of the murder of 96 political opponents and suspected Serbian collaborators...He was also convicted for the unlawful detention and torture of hundreds of people”.
