A reality-altering new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump posted yesterday: “Russia has unfortunately lost control of its Diesel Oil Industry due to its War with Ukraine...A large number of their Diesel refineries have been blown up and are, at least temporarily, out of commission...What a shame! ”, says this post followed Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky posting: “Our long-range responses had a very significant impact in the Moscow region last night...One of Russia’s key oil industry facilities and the aggressor’s logistics facility were hit...Steps toward de-escalation are on the table – in energy and food security...What is needed is political will”.
Prompting President Trump to post about the Russian diesel oil industry, this report notes, was the news: “Diesel prices have reached the highest level ever recorded in the United States...The national average hit a record $6.51 per gallon Monday...Diesel prices have climbed more than 73% since the war with Iran began in February”—news joined by world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson, in his intelligence report “Trump’s Diesel Alibi: Blaming Kyiv For A Crisis Made In The Gulf”, factually documenting:

On his way to meet President Trump at the United Nations, this report continues, Dictator Zelensky met with CIA Director John Ratcliffe during a stopover in Ireland yesterday—a meeting followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing today: “The Russian armed forces carried out a massive overnight strike, hitting enterprises in the metallurgical and chemical industries, the fuel and energy sector, and the defense industry complex of Ukraine that are involved in supporting the army”—it was also revealed: “Strikes that damaged three of Ukraine’s largest steel plants effectively strip the country of the ability to produce weapons and ammunition using their own resources”—and Bloomberg, citing Western officials, just warned: “If Ukraine cannot make it through the winter, it will ultimately lose the war”.
Swiftly following President Trump also posting yesterday: “The United States is working on a massive Deal with respect to the purchase of Potash from Belarus...The pricing would be for substantially less than we are currently paying to Canada”, this report details, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko honestly declared: “Even if we wanted to supply potash to other, Western markets, we simply do not have those volumes — everything is contracted”.
While the world was watching alternate realities like Ukraine is causing historic diesel fuel prices in America, and Belarus is preparing to sell potash fertilizer to America, this report concludes, yesterday it saw the White House posting the cryptic message: “Something's coming...Stay tuned”—and was a cryptic message followed by the news: “The Trump White House is launching TRUMP TV, a 24/7 stream of the administration’s biggest moments, speeches, and highlights, live at 7 p.m. ET Monday”.
