A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he was approaching a major decision on whether to resume large-scale attacks on Iran and declared: “I have a big decision coming up...Do I want to go in and annihilate them or do I not?...It’s a big decision...Anything could happen with me”, says this declaration was joined with the news late last evening: “President Trump unexpectedly returned to the White House tonight, cutting short his weekend at Camp David by roughly a day...Secretary of War Pete Hegseth also flew back to Washington tonight...Trump is wearing the same white hat he wore on February 28, the day the Iran war began”
In the hours right before President Trump fled back to the White House late last evening, this report notes, top Iranian security official Mohsen Rezaei announced: “Seven conditions set by Iran for the start of any negotiations have been conveyed to the US administration...Tehran’s message is clear and unambiguous: If Washington wants to escape the predicament it has created for itself and avoid becoming further entangled in it, it has no choice but to recognize Iran’s rights and accept its conditions...Trump’s threats will not achieve any results...We are prepared for a decisive war”—an announcement quickly followed by Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warning: “Iran will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz to shipping until the US accepts the terms presented by Tehran”.
Confronting President Trump as he makes his big decision to accept peace terms or annihilate Iran, this report continues, is the news: “A United Nations fact-finding mission said on Thursday it had reasonable grounds to believe the US committed war crimes during two strikes in Iran carried out in the initial hours of the current war...The report concerns two US strikes on February 28: one that hit a school and killed more than 100 children, and another on a sports center in Lamerd that killed or wounded nearly two dozen people”—and it was also revealed: “The US military relied on artificial intelligence (AI) when deciding to strike an elementary school for girls in the city of Minab in southern Iran, Bloomberg quoted sources involved in the investigation of the incident as saying”.

Following the news: “French President Emmanuel Macron is calling the G7 back to the table to discuss another release of emergency oil stocks as Europe loses Saudi crude deliveries and diesel prices push deeper into record territory”, this report notes, top Kremlin economic advisor Kirill Dmitriev most factually observed: “Europe finally understands it is facing the worst energy crisis in history”.
While watching the global energy crisis caused by the war on Iran drive the world to the brink of an economic recession, this report concludes, Vice President J.D. Vance proclaimed: “We cannot let our Mideast foreign policy be subservient to Israel”—a proclamation joined with the news: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not among the world leaders scheduled to meet President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York next week, and it is unlikely the pair will have time in their itineraries to squeeze in a sit-down”—and at the same time President Trump fled back to the White House late last evening, it was reported: “BREAKING: Netanyahu has cut short his trip to the US and canceled the planned Texas stop, flying to New York and returning to Israel the same day”.
