A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump warningly revealed about Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky: “Zelensky has to do one thing: He has to stop knocking out diesel fuel in Russia...Let him go after targets, but not diesel fuel, because he’s causing a shortage of diesel...So, we spoke to Mr. Zelensky about it...Don’t hit diesel fuel because that’s hurting— that’s hurting the world”, says this warning revelation joined top Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov factually stating: “The Russian Federation did not strike everything and anything...It started doing so after the Ukrainians themselves opened Pandora's box”, and it was also reported: “American intelligence has given Ukraine a warning about an impending Russian series of strikes on energy infrastructure facilities starting from 15 September, during which up to eight massive attacks are expected”.
The consequence of Ukraine opening the “Pandora's Box” of energy infrastructure attacks, this report notes, resulted in Russia extending its ban of diesel fuel exports to the world—a global ban just joined with the American news: “The nationwide average price of diesel hit $6 per gallon Friday for the first time, an ominous record for the fuel that powers much of the U.S. economy”—it was also revealed: “Farmers are facing an “astronomical” jump in the price of fuel needed to operate their vehicles and machinery after a surge in diesel costs in the United Kingdom and the United States”—and grimly warned: “Oil producers, traders, and refiners are bracing for a prolonged war between the United States and Iran in the Persian Gulf with little to no hope of a quick resolution...By extension, they are also preparing for higher prices for longer”.
Along with the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing that Russian battlegroups eliminated over 1,375 Ukrainian soldiers during the past 24 hours, this report continues, it was also reported: “Ukraine's state railway operator said top Western figures, including former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and ex-CIA Director David Petraeus were at a west Ukrainian train station shortly before Russia struck a Warsaw-bound train there”.
