A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin met with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit yesterday, says he factually stated to the over 5,000 attendees: “Today, the SCO is effectively the largest regional association not only on our common Eurasian continent, but in the world as a whole...Its member states are home to almost half of the world’s population and account for more than one-third of global GDP”.
At the same time Eurasian continent leaders were meeting yesterday, this report notes, President Donald Trump welcomed the presence of a senior Russian delegation at the G20 finance meeting ignoring protests from EU officials who refused to appear alongside Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov in the gathering’s traditional family photo, and it was also revealed: “The United States has stepped up purchases of Russian fertilizers despite broader Western restrictions on Moscow, with shipments rising by nearly a quarter in the first half of 2026”.
Following the United States threatening Iran with “financial violence” yesterday, this report continues, it was reported: “Crude oil prices extended their earlier climb after President Trump issued his latest threat to Iran, following the first exchange of fire in weeks” and revealed: “U.S. Treasury yields increased on Tuesday, as renewed tensions in the Middle East drove global government borrowing costs to their highest point going back to early last year”.
While the United States wages war against Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states Russia and Iran, this report details, American economic experts warned: “September historically is the worst month of the year for stocks”—a history that includes the American stock market starting to crash in September-1929, which caused the Great Depression—a Great Depression that led to World War II staring on 1 September 1939—a World War II that led to a century of global violence including the 11 September 2001 false flag attacks on America—and world-renowned antiwar icon Charlie Kirk was publically assassinated on 10 September 2025.
As America begins a September marking many of the blackest moments in their history, this report concludes, the United States Military reminds all citizens: “National Preparedness Month is an observance each September to raise awareness about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies that could happen at any time”—a reminder of disasters just joined with the American military article “USAF Stands Up Unit To Fly HH-60W Helicopters In Doomsday Evacuation Role In Nation’s Capital”, wherein it reveals: “The U.S. Air Force has stood up a new squadron at Andrews Air Force Base to manage the arrival of HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopters to replace aging UH-1N Twin Hueys...Originally designed for combat search and rescue missions, the HH-60Ws assigned to the 5th Helicopter Squadron will be in a specialized configuration to take on the tasks of ferrying VIPs around the nation’s capital and supporting continuity of government plans”.
