West Wins Information War While

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin announced changes among senior military commanders of the Russian Armed Forces, which he described as fine-tuning of the Defense Ministry for the ongoing Ukraine conflict, says the Ministry of Defense (MoD) then revealed: “Russia has carried out overnight strikes on transport and logistics facilities in Kiev and the surrounding region, hitting sites used to handle items and drone components meant for the Ukrainian army”.
Joining the Defense Ministry revealing overnight Russian strikes on Ukraine, this report notes, the Ukrainian state media reported: “A massive Russian ballistic missile and drone attack killed at least 17 people and injured dozens more in Ukraine's capital and Kyiv Oblast overnight as fires engulfed Kyiv and its suburbs...Ukraine's Air Force said Russia launched 24 ballistic and four hypersonic missiles during the attack, as well as 115 Shahed-type drones...None of the missiles were intercepted”, and the Ukrainian Air Force documented today: “Russian forces launched more than 8,300 air-dropped glide bombs against Ukraine in July, the highest monthly figure on record...The number passes the previous record of 8,266 set the previous month”.
Following Western military experts having already factually documented: “Russia now produces more munitions than the United States and Europe combined”, this report continues, a new Western media report factually revealed yesterday: “Stocks of key surface-to-surface high precision missiles in the U.S. Army — including the ATACMS missile fielded by Ukraine — have been badly depleted by the Trump administration's war against Iran this year...The report comes as shortages of key U.S.-made weapons systems, especially the Patriot interceptor missile, have come to impact Ukraine's own war effort”—and are documented facts joined with the news: “Vladimir Zelensky has ordered Ukraine’s diplomatic missions to closely monitor missile stockpiles in their host countries, making weapons production, financing, and political pressure their principal measures of success”.
