Putin-Xi-Trump Trilateral Meeting Stirs Global
Imagination As “Long Night” Begins

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting that a trilateral meeting between President Putin, President Xi Jinping, and President Donald Trump has “stirred the global imagination”, as all three leaders are expected to be in Shenzhen in November for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit, says Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Marat Berdyev also revealed: “It is still too early to discuss specific meetings...However, in my opinion, such a trilateral meeting would be very useful...In practical terms, it is entirely feasible, since the three leaders of the major powers are expected to attend the summit”.
Ahead of the hoped for trilateral meeting between the world’s three most powerful leaders, this report notes, the just released strategic war treatise “The Fourth Turning Global War Has Entered The Terminal Phase” warningly observed:
We are not approaching crisis. We are within it.
The Fourth Turning Global
War is not a future possibility but a present reality, consuming the
institutional capital accumulated over eighty years of American hegemony at a
rate that precludes recovery.
The debt cannot be repaid. The empire cannot be sustained. The social contract cannot be restored. These are not defeatist assertions but
empirical observations, supported by Treasury data, CBO projections, and the
visible degradation of infrastructure, education, and public health that
surrounds anyone willing to look.
What remains is the
question of duration and form.
The crisis of the 1930s-1940s resolved in
seventeen years through total war and the establishment of a new institutional
framework.
The current crisis,
accelerated by technological disruption and financialized
complexity, may extend longer—or resolve more suddenly through catastrophic
failure modes (nuclear exchange,
pandemic, grid collapse) that render duration irrelevant.
The winter is here. The long night has begun. And the saeculum,
indifferent to human preference, continues its relentless turn.
Joining the Fourth Turning “long night” having begun descending upon the United States, this report continues, Fox News reminded the American peoples today that President John Adams warned them over 200 years ago: “Democracy never lasts long...It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself...There was never a democracy yet that did not commit suicide”, then Fox News factually observed: “Our economy represents such a large share of the world's financial system that if confidence in U.S. debt were to collapse, there would be no outside institution capable of rescuing us...History repeatedly demonstrates that no great nation remains strong after abandoning fiscal discipline...Empires have risen and fallen throughout history, and financial collapse has been the key reason for their decline”.
An example of the United States committing economic suicide, this report details, is it pouring billions-of-dollars it has to borrow into the Ukraine Nazi Regime—President Trump did cast doubt yesterday on whether Washington will allow Ukraine to manufacture Patriot interceptor missiles, despite previously promising to grant Kiev a production license, and stated: “Very simply put, we want the war in Ukraine with Russia ended...I’m not looking for missiles...We’re looking for peace”—and the German media outlet Die Welt revealed: “Boeing is reluctant to share the technology used in the warheads it manufactures for the Patriot PAC-3 interceptor missiles which Ukraine and its Western supporters want to manufacture in Europe”.
The benefit for the United States in borrowing money it doesn’t have to support the Ukraine Nazi Regime, this report notes, is evidenced in the news today: “Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov has claimed he was dismissed because reforms to overhaul military procurement and tackle entrenched interests within the ministry triggered a backlash”—it was also beyond shockingly revealed today: “Oleh Shyriaiev, commander of Ukraine's 225th Assault Regiment, ordered troops to open fire on retreating fellow soldiers, according to an investigation by the Ukrainian investigative outlet Texty”—and senior Italian prosecutors warned yesterday: “The Italian mafia is seeking to buy up some of the 800,000 firearms reportedly missing or stolen from Ukraine since 2022, including drones and other advanced arms”.
Last week, this report concludes, the United States warned the Ukraine Nazi Regime: “Don't touch the Caspian Pipeline Consortium!”, which is jointly owned by American oil giants and Central Asian nations—a warning followed by the news today: “The Caspian Pipeline Consortium has shut down again, following Ukrainian drone attacks on two tankers at the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk”—and in watching the Ukraine Nazi Regime defying the United States that’s committing economic suicide to support them, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova factually observed: “The leader of the Kiev regime, which is at the point of death, not only lost his legal subjectivity long ago...He is also absolutely unable to negotiate and is trying to engage as many countries as possible into his terrorist actions in order to scale up the conflict”.
