A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin addressed the Chinese people ahead of his official 19-20 May visit to meet with President Xi Jinping in China, says this address was joined by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing: “Russia and its ally Belarus are conducting nuclear drills this week to simulate a response in the event of aggression against them...A total of 64,000 Russian troops, 7,800 military vehicles, 200 missile launchers, 140 aircraft, 73 warships and 13 submarines, including eight strategic missile boats, are participating...The exercise includes joint preparation for the use of nuclear weapons deployed in Belarus”—and was an announcement swiftly followed by the news: “The United States has renewed a sanctions waiver allowing countries to purchase Russian seaborne oil stranded at sea...This marks the third time Washington has granted Moscow a sanctions waiver amid volatility on global oil markets triggered by the U.S. war against Iran”.
As to how near Russia is to launching a nuclear strike on NATO, this report notes, the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) warned yesterday: “NATO member Latvia has given Ukraine permission to use its territory for drone attacks against Russia...The plan is to launch the UAVs against Russia in order to significantly reduce the time it takes to reach the targets and increase the effectiveness of the terrorist attacks”—a warning followed by NATO member leader Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys insanely declaring: “We must show the Russians that we can penetrate their small fortress that they have built in Kaliningrad...NATO has the means to raze the Russian air defense and missile bases there to the ground in an emergency”—but in knowing of the nuclear war horrors soon to come after any attack on Russia from NATO territories, it was not surprisingly revealed today: “Estonia has shot down a Ukrainian drone over its territory for the first time, the NATO and EU member state’s defense minister, Hanno Pevkur, has said”.
Shortly after Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich confirmed that the International Criminal Court in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant against him, which he called “a declaration of war”, this report continues, it was noticed that nearly all top Israeli leaders have had criminal warrants issued against them by the ICC for war crimes against humanity, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu—and was a notice about how serious the ICC is in prosecuting war criminals followed by President Donald Trump posting the announcement:

and The United States Military, that we will NOT
be doing the scheduled attack of Iran tomorrow, but have further instructed them
to be prepared to go forward with a full, large scale assault of Iran, on a
moment’s notice, in the event that an acceptable Deal is not reached.
Following President Trump announcing he was holding off attacking Iran, this report details, Axios reporter Barak Ravid noted: “Trump has extended deadlines and postponed planned attacks on Iran at least half a dozen times since the war began”—it was also observed: “The lad who inspired Aesop to write “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” has grown up and is now President of the United States...Since February 28, 2026, Donald Trump has released 11 statements suggesting the war with Iran was over or that a negotiated deal is close, only it turns out to be a hoax”—and in quick response to all criticisms , President Trump fired back:

Leadership signs all necessary “Documents of Surrender,” and admit their defeat
to the great power and force of the magnificent U.S.A., The Failing New York
Times, The China Street Journal (WSJ!), Corrupt and now Irrelevant CNN, and all
other members of the Fake News Media, will headline that Iran had a Masterful
and Brilliant Victory over The United States of America, it wasn’t even close.

While the world awaits President Trump finally explaining what he really wants, this report notes, Iranian ally Pakistan continues to deploy thousands of troops along with Chinese and Russian made jets and air defense systems to Saudi Arabia—NATO member Poland is now seeking answers as to why President Trump abruptly canceled plans to deploy American troops to their country against Russia—and it was also revealed today: “Tehran’s latest peace proposal to the United States involves ending hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon, the exit of US forces from areas close to Iran, and reparations for destruction caused by the US-Israeli war”.
