An alarming new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and President Xi Jinping each sent congratulatory letters on Sunday to the tenth China-Russia Expo, which opened in Harbin, capital city of Heilongjiang Province in northeast China, says this act of mutual respect and friendship followed New York Post reporter Emily Godin revealing: ”American staff took everything Chinese officials handed out - credentials, burner phones from White House staff, pins for delegation - collected them before we got on Air Force One and threw them in a bin at bottom at stairs...Nothing from China allowed on the plane”.
As to why America trashed all Chinese gifts in a public display before leaving China, instead of transporting them back to the United States aboard their military aircraft that transports its armored presidential vesicles like they have always done, after which gifts from foreign countries go through security inspections and are returned to recipients, this report notes, can be glimpsed in the revelation: “The much anticipated, and in some quarters feared, summit between Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping is over, with nothing much to show for it”.
Joining the factual observation: “The Xi–Trump summit failed to deliver any concrete plan to stabilize the Iran crisis or reopen the Strait of Hormuz”, this report continues, was the dire warning: “Global oil inventories are falling at a record pace to compensate for the big supply disruption in the Middle East and they will approach critical levels if the Strait of Hormuz does not reopen”.
Quickly following the failure of the Xi–Trump summit, this report details, it was assessed: “The world is entering a fragmented new trade order where maritime access and energy flows are becoming tied to geopolitical alignment instead of open global markets”—an assessment joined by Politico factually noting: “Trump came to Beijing hoping to convince Xi to use his leverage to get Tehran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz...Trump said Xi vowed not to supply Iran with military equipment and offered to help resolve the conflict — but China’s official readout made no mention of any of this”.
At the same time the Chinese government refused to confirm the claim made by President Trump that President Xi vowed not to supply Iran with military equipment, this report notes, the New York Times revealed: “Chinese companies are negotiating clandestine arms sales to Iran, routing weapons through third countries including in Africa to hide their origins”—a revelation followed by the Iranian government announcing today: “Iran, within the framework of its national sovereignty and the guarantee of international trade security, has prepared a professional mechanism to manage traffic in the Strait of Hormuz along a designated route, which will be unveiled soon...In this process, only commercial vessels and parties cooperating with Iran will benefit from it”.
Along with the dual Iranian-American blockade of the Strait of Hormuz skyrocketing the price of the vital commodities oil, liquefied natural gas, urea fertilizer, sulpher and helium, this report continues, it was grimly warned today: ”Potato-linked financial contracts have spiked more than 700% over the past month and are up over 34% year-on-year as of mid-May”—is a grim warning about the global food crisis caused by fertilizers not flowing through the Strait of Hormuz joined with the news: “US companies have not insured a single vessel passing through the Strait of Hormuz, despite the plans of President Donald Trump...The up to $40 billion program has not yet been used at all”—and the New York Times warningly revealed yesterday: “The United States and Israel are actively preparing for a renewal of hostilities with Iran and could resume attacks as early as next week”.
While America trashes Chinese gifts and actively prepares for a renewal of hostilities with Iran, this report concludes, the entire world took immediate notice after Health Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. honestly proclaimed about the United States: “We’re now the sickest country in the world...We have the highest burden of chronic disease of any nation ever in history, 77 percent of our kids cannot qualify for military service...It’s existential for our country”.
