A beyond concerning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump posted the declaration yesterday: “China is very happy that I am permanently opening the Strait of Hormuz...I am doing it for them, also - And the World...This situation will never happen again...President Xi will give me a big, fat, hug when I get there in a few weeks”, says this declaration claiming the Strait of Hormuz is permanently open clashed with the reality that only 9 ships, instead of the usual 60 per day, transited through it during the past 24 hours—and perhaps to explain why the claims made by President Trump are unhinged from reality, it saw Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz shockingly revealing to Donald Trump Jr. about his fathers thought process: “Your dad argues that diet soda is good for him because it kills grass – if poured on grass – so, therefore, it must kill cancer cells inside the body”.
Instead of China being very happy about anything President Trump is doing, this report notes, it called his Strait of Hormuz blockade “irresponsible and dangerous”—Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said in response to President Trump threatening to impose sanctions on China if it buys Iranian oil: “China has consistently opposed illegal unilateral sanctions that lack a basis in international law and are not authorized by the United States Security Council”—all of which was joined with the news: “The International Monetary Fund has cut its economic outlook for the world economy and warned it could sink into a recession if the Iran war is not soon resolved”.
As the world economy sinks closer to recession, this report continues, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei warned: “The blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is a provocative step, illegal under international law, and could lead to a disruption of the ceasefire...In this case, our armed forces are ready to take any necessary action”—a warning followed by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian defiantly declaring: “Iran is not seeking war and instability, instead, it has always emphasized the importance of dialogue and constructive interaction with all countries of the world...However, any attempt to impose any will on the country or force it to surrender is doomed to fail and the Iranian nation will never cave in to such an approach”.
In viewing the “profoundly illegal and unjust” war President Trump is waging on Iran, this report details, it caused top Russian spy chief Director Sergey Naryshkin of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) to most factually observed: “I think there are several reasons for the conflict in the Middle East, perhaps even many...But the main one lies in the colonial mindset of the leading Western countries, especially the United States, which still divides countries into two categories: those that lead and those that obey, regardless of international law...One category is supposed to rule and lead, and the other is supposed to obey, regardless of international law”.
The colonial mindset of the United States, this report notes, has for decades seen it forcing all energy producing countries to obey its order to only sell oil and gas using the American dollar, which is known as the Petrodollar System that funds the unsustainable national debt of the United States—and all of the countries refusing to obey the order, like Iraq, Syria, Libya, Russia, Venezuela, and now Iran, have had American-led wars waged against them.
Since 2018, this report continues, the Chinese official currency Petroyuan has been displacing the Petrodollar System—because oil and gas producing countries in the Persian Gulf began following Iran and selling only in Petroyuan, it saw President Trump waging an illegal war on Iran to close the Strait of Hormuz, which left an energy starved world no choice but to purchase American oil using the US Dollar—and about which President Trump proclaimed in glee over the weekend: “Massive numbers of completely empty oil tankers, some of the largest anywhere in the World, are heading, right now, to the United States to load up with the best and "sweetest" oil and gas anywhere in the World”.
While President Trump wages his illegal war on Iran to keep the Petrodollar System from collapsing, this report details, world-renowned American geopolitical analyst Tom Luongo just observed: “President Donald Trump is making a big move towards controlling the marginal barrel of oil, attempting to shift the world’s energy focus from the Persian Gulf region to the Gulf of Mexico, where oil tankers are now lining up”—an observation joined by German global financial giant Deutsche Bank warningly assessing: “The dominance of the U.S. dollar could be eroded if countries decide to price crude in alternative currencies...The war in Iran has helped shore-up the dollar so far in 2026, but the future of the global reserve currency is a matter of growing debate...The Iran war could be remembered as a key catalyst for erosion in petrodollar dominance, and the beginnings of the petroyuan”.
With the world fearfully knowing that anything is possible from a President Trump who believes grass killing diet soda is a cure for cancer, this report concludes, the madness intensified after world-renowned retired CIA analyst Larry Johnson warned yesterday: “Trump is going to attack Iran again — perhaps as early as this weekend — as a prelude to declaring victory and withdrawing US forces from the Persian Gulf area...In preparation for that strike, the Trump team is pushing a frantic information operation that insists that the US has blocked dozen of ships from entering and leaving the Persian Gulf on the first full day of the US embargo,,,This is a lie...The Pentagon is cooperating with this disinformation campaign”.
