An enlightening new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Donald Trump posted the announcement at 6:32 PM last evening: “Based on conversations with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, of Pakistan, and wherein they requested that I hold off the destructive force being sent tonight to Iran, and subject to the Islamic Republic of Iran agreeing to the COMPLETE, IMMEDIATE, and SAFE OPENING of the Strait of Hormuz, I agree to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for a period of two weeks...This will be a double sided CEASEFIRE!...We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate...Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated”.
Quickly following President Trump announcing: “We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate...Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran”, this report notes, the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran declared:

After Iran declared its “historic victory” over the United States, this report continues, President Trump, at 12:01 AM early this morning, posted the proclamation: “A big day for World Peace!...Iran wants it to happen, they’ve had enough!...Likewise, so has everyone else!...The United States of America will be helping with the traffic buildup in the Strait of Hormuz...There will be lots of positive action!...Big money will be made...Iran can start the reconstruction process...We’ll be loading up with supplies of all kinds, and just “hangin’ around” in order to make sure that everything goes well...I feel confident that it will...Just like we are experiencing in the U.S., this could be the Golden Age of the Middle East!!!”.
According to Israeli media sources today, this report details, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned President Trump on Sunday against agreeing to a ceasefire with Iran and told a cabinet meeting that in the event of a ceasefire with Iran, Jerusalem would not be required to halt its operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon—and after President Trump announced the ceasefire last evening based on the 10 point plan offered by Iran, it saw top Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid raging: “There has never been such a political disaster in all of our history...Israel wasn't even at the table when decisions were made concerning the core of our national security...The military carried out everything that was asked of it, the public demonstrated amazing resilience, but Netanyahu failed politically, failed strategically, and didn't meet a single one of the goals that he himself set...It will take us years to repair the political and strategic damage that Netanyahu wrought due to arrogance, negligence, and a lack of strategic planning”.
As to who is responsible for the greatest political disaster in Israeli history, this report notes, the New York Times, in its just released intelligence article “How Trump Took The U.S. To War With Iran”, based solely on information provided by Trump administration officials, revealed:

Mr. Ratcliffe added that

they’re hard-selling”.

So persistent was the chairman in not taking a stand — repeating that it

all sides of an issue simultaneously.
He would constantly ask, “And then what?” But Mr. Trump would
often seem to hear only what he wanted to hear.

The “unpredictable directions” that Vice President J.D. Vance warned a war on Iran would take, this report concludes, now includes the greatest political disaster in Israeli history and a Strait of Hormuz global economic catastrophe—and with more than 800 vessels remaining trapped in the Persian Gulf after the Strait of Hormuz was virtually closed following the United States and Israeli strikes on Iran in late February, it caused top Kremlin envoy Kirill Dmitriev to warningly assess today: “Global energy markets will take months to recover from the shock caused by the US Israeli war on Iran”.
