A continued shattering of the world order new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei was elected by Iranian religious scholars to be the third Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution , says President Putin quickly announced: “To His Excellency Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei...Please accept my sincere congratulations on your election as Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran”.
