A beyond grim new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin held crisis calls with the leaders of the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain, says top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also announced: “President Putin will certainly make and is making every effort to contribute to at least a slight defusing of tension in the Middle East”, and Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev issued the grave warning: “If Trump continues his insane course of criminal regime change, World War III will undoubtedly begin...And any event could be the trigger...Any”.
In trying to understand why President Donald Trump really declared war on Iran, this report notes, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov most factually observed: “We still do not see evidence that Iran was developing nuclear weapons, which was the main, if not the only justification for the war...There are confirmations from the IAEA, as well as from American professional intelligence officers”—a factual observation followed by the beyond shocking news: “The United States launched preemptive strikes against Iran after learning Israel was about to attack”, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio revealed: “We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action...We knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces, and we knew that if we didn’t pre-emptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties”.
When told by reporters that polling found only 27% of Americans approved attacking Iran, this report continues, President Trump defiantly declared: “I don’t care about polling...I have to do the right thing”, then he proclaimed: “The United States Munitions Stockpiles have, at the medium and upper medium grade, never been higher or better...As was stated to me today, we have a virtually unlimited supply of these weapons...Wars can be fought forever, and very successfully, using just these supplies”.
After President Trump proclaimed that he can fight his wars forever, this report details, Axios documented: “Although Trump campaigned as an anti-war candidate, during his presidency the United States conducted military operations in seven states, including Iran, Nigeria and Venezuela, which had never previously been targets of US military operations, and in 2025, Trump ordered more airstrikes than Joe Biden during his entire term”, and it was revealed: “The United States urged Americans to immediately leave all of the Middle East from Egypt eastward, including Israel”.
With the world beyond shocked after learning how easy it was for Israel to drag the United States into an illegal war, this report notes, it was noteworthy seeing President Trump slam his supposed ally Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky yesterday: “Sleepy Joe Biden spent all of his time, and our Country’s money, GIVING everything to P.T. Barnum (Zelenskyy!) of Ukraine - Hundreds of Billions of Dollars worth”—and is worthy of note because former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, who is expected to win the next election, called President Trump ally Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan “a sophisticated and dangerous adversary seeking to encircle Israel”, then he ordered the United States “take action” against Turkey, which he called “a new strategic threat”.
As Israel prepares to embroil the United States in an illegal war against Turkey, which has the second largest military force in NATO, this report continues, the Iranians dug 165 graves for the schoolgirls murdered by President Trump on the first day of the war, naming them “Trump’s Gift To Iran”-- Iranian Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani told the United Nations: “Iran is not seeking war or escalation, but will not relinquish its sovereignty...While the violation persists, Iran will act swiftly and resolutely to protect itself”—and Secretary Ali Larijani of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council declared: “Iran, unlike the United States, has prepared itself for a long war...As in the past 300 years, Iran did not start this war, our brave armed forces have not engaged in a single offensive operation, acting solely in self-defense”.
Along with allowing Israel to push him into murdering innocent Iranian schoolgirls, this report concludes, President Trump is also murdering his MAGA base of voters—a fact that yesterday saw MAGA lawmaker Congressman Ryan Zinke becoming the 35th House Republican to resign from office this year—it was also observed today: “The Trump administration’s decision to join Israel in attacking Iran has shocked the United States and the world...It has also divided conservative media in the US – with many journalists and pundits on the right celebrating Trump’s decision to confront a longtime American foe, but others expressing dismay or confusion at the revival of a Bush-style interventionism that they thought the MAGA movement had repudiated”—and pro-MAGA podcaster Jack Posobiec told Politico: “There is a MAGA generational divide on this...Older voters support it, younger voters do not...Gen Z Maga wants arrests on Epstein, deportations and economic relief, not more war”.
