An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi warned during his meeting with Secretary Sergei Shoigu of the Russian Federation Security Council: “The world faces a real risk of regressing to the law of the jungle”, says this warning joined President Putin having previously declared: “The era of Western elites being able to exploit other nations and other peoples across the world is coming to an end...They have grown accustomed to being able to fill their bellies with human flesh and their pockets with money as they have been parasitizing other peoples in Africa, Asia, and Latin America...But they must understand that the vampire ball is ending”.
